i just want to ask if people that have had brin trauma can become more sensitive to paranormal

There is a high possibility that someone who suffered from any sort of trauma to become more susceptible to the paranormal. They could even become sensitive. But that is all a possibility not a proven fact

Test the boundaries of your comfort-zone!

Spend the night investigating the spooky Hotel Gearin with GHDU team.

Hotel Gearin is located in Katoomba, NSW ( in the heart of the Blue Mountains) across from the Katoomba railway station.

This event is strictly 18+ ONLY.

Package 1: $50 Meal + investigation till midnight

Package 2: $100 Meal + Investigation and an overnight stay at Hotel Gearin ( includes sleeping arrangements )

The event will be held on the 27th June 2015.

This will be the first public investigation of Hotel Gearin by GHDU Team at this Extremely Active and very spooky location. It will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end!

Hotel Gearin Event Run Sheet:

Time Event 18:30 Arrival at Hotel Gearin + Welcome Dinner + Safety procedures 19:30 Hotel Gearin Historical presentation 20:00 Group Allocation + Equipment distribution 20:15 Investigation Commences 00:00 Participants not staying overnight will depart + Investigation will continue 00:15 - 05:00 Investigation continues until participants want to go to sleep 10:00 Debrief + Departure from Hotel

A more in-depth description of the evening’s events:

The event will commence at 6:30 pm with a meal and beverages provided. Once the welcome meal has concluded GHDU will be providing a historical overview of Hotel Gearin and its darkest hours.

Once the presentation has concluded GHDU will allocate each attendee a group that you will be with for the duration of the investigation. (Does not include sleeping arrangements)

For attendees only participating in the investigation on the night, your session will end at Midnight.

For those brave enough to spend the night you will be free to roam (with a partner for safety purposes) the corridors and stairs of Hotel Gearin to investigate the areas that are inaccessible to the public.

**The overnight stay is highly recommended by GHDU**

This will allow participants to experience the hotel at its quietest hours of the night.

When the living have gone to bed, the spirits linger around the corridors of Hotel Gearin, and this will be the best way to capture the more exciting pieces of evidence.

We suggest you bring along any equipment you may have that could be used for ghost hunting.

These items may include, but are not limited to: Torches Cameras Voice recorders

If you don’t have any equipment, don’t fret! GHDU’s equipment will be available for use on the night.

Upon the conclusion of the investigation GHDU will create a private group for all attendees to provide evidence before finally uploading it all to the GHDU page

this little girl has come through to us 3 times already   it is said that this little girl died in the fire back in the early 1800′s

Hi. I see an ad on Gumtree saying you conduct a "paranormal investigation" in Katoomba for the Hotel Gearin (i live in Katoomba). Its hard for me to tell, as peoples don't understand and thinking i am " crazy", but i see and talk with "spirits" since i am a teenager. Every time i see some "paranormal investigations" conducted i just write a message for warning peoples about the potential danger and i hope you are be prepared. Sorry if my email was inappropriate. Hi Cathy yes we are prepared for the dangers, i am a medium i see them and i can actually communicate with them  many people are not aware that  there a certain risks involved in dealing with the paranormal ie ( physical attacks and  energy attacks just to name a few )
