have you ever given the world to somebody, as a gift and had it returned?
Okay i'mgonna go float around in a ghostly manner. See you later
I close my eyes and all I see is you.

it’s hard to give myself grace when thinking about the things i’ve done wrong
yet i’ll quickly dismiss all the good i’ve done
why is my brain like this 🙃
nostalgia is the dagger my past uses to hurt me
nostalgia is a liar. nothing was ever as good as you remember it to be. there’s a reason you don’t talk to that person anymore, there’s a reason you’re not part of each other’s lives. don’t trust nostalgia. grieve. reflect. move on.

it does
Praying for the woman I’ll be in 5+yrs I hope she’s happy, and loved, living life unapologetically, doing what she loves.
i wish so badly that i could tell my former self things get so much better
Replacing “Why is this happening to me?” with “What is this trying to tell me?” has been a game changer for me.
The former creates a hamster wheel, where you’ll replay the story over and over again. Victimized. Stuck.
The latter holds space for a resolution to appear.
