The purpose of being a human is to evolve

Unhealthy patterns lead to unhealthy lifestyles and it’s your responsibility to learn from that instead of repeating the cycle.

You shouldn’t do this alone, people need community and community is what can make a change. Just be aware the change starts within you, you are the key.

Once you begin to heal, you can learn to help others and guide many to a positive future. It only takes one person to help thousands.
