Hey everyone

I’ve gotten lovely requests, and all the time I’m getting more, and getting reblogs on posts from here.

Unfortunately, I’ve also gotten quite the writer’s block around this blog, and every time I try to, I simply can’t find the right ideas or words to fill a request.

I’m really, really sorry to everyone who’s been waiting patiently, and to all who follow us, but I think at this point I’m going to have to put this blog on hiatus indefinitely.

It won’t be deleted, all of the content will still be readily available, but I think it’s best to simply...officially put it on pause.

I don’t know if I’ll ever get the motivation back to write on here again, but if I do it’ll be waiting for us all.

Absolutely!

- Giants who are seen as dangerous by humans, who have to remain out of sight if they don’t want to be hunted down by self proclaimed heroes.

- Feral tinies with sharp teeth, defensive and always ready to fight any human that they see, unafraid of being spotted because they know how to fight.

- Giants who have grown cruel and twisted by the expectations of humans and the fear they are so often greeted with.

- Tinies who have heard many a horror story about what happens when one of their kind is found by a human, who are terrified at the sight of a human, who panic if they’re held.

- Giants who have to defend their homes or families from righteous humans who see them as a threat, who in doing so perpetuate the fear of said humans but are gentle at heart, who want nothing to do with violence but have no choice

Hey guys, sorry it’s been a while. I’ve hit a real writer’s block as far as how to go about making more prompts for you all and I’ve just had a difficult time coming up with any. It might be a little while still before any start going out, but I promise I haven’t forgotten that this exists. Is "instrument" too specific?

- tinies who make guitars out of acorn shell tops

- giants who hand make instruments out of lumber who make gorgeous, giant sized violins or guitars.

- tinies who make wind instruments out of reeds.

- giants who can only find supplies to make sloppily pieced together instruments but still manage to make some decent music

- borrowers who get found by playing music when they think the human can’t hear, giving themself away

- giants who get found because their violin playing is. Not The Best. 

- tinies who craft beautifully intricate wind instruments, perfectly tuned.

- giants who want to learn to play the piano but wouldn’t possibly be able to find somewhere with enough space for an instrument that large.

- tinies who like music but aren’t very good musicians, who like to sit on a piano and feel the vibrations of the music surround them.

Beach? If it hasn't been done before owo

Tinies who have never seen the ocean, who stare with wide eyes and squeak when the remains of waves touch their feet

Giants go swimming in the ocean, swimming further out than their tiny could safely, holding them out so that they can see coral reefs and bigger fish, keeping them safe regardless.

Tinies who can swim really well and like to run into the waves, getting tumbled through the sand, laughing and brushing themself off.

Giants who are afraid of the water, who sit on the sand and worry about their small friend, uncertain if they would be able to help if something happened to them.

Tinies who collect small sea shells and drag them back to their giant excitedly, making a small pile of uninhabited shells and getting startled by hermit crabs

Giants who catch fish or even dolphins or other sea creatures to show them off to their tiny friend.

Tinies who are scared by the seagulls and large waves starting by exploring a small tidepool with some sea anemones or small crabs, just to dip their feet in the water.

Giants who are happy to just lie back on the sand and stare at the blue sky, sun bathing and holding one hand up to offer a shady spot for their tiny

Tinies who want to sunbathe, lying on top of their giant’s chest for the Best vantage point.

Dreams

- Tinies who dream about the sun on their face, climbing flowers to see the sky, sitting in a shelter and watching the raindrops.

- Giants who dream of the view from the top of a mountain, who dream of the lakes they love most, and the forests they feel the safest in.

- Tinies who dream about what it would be like to see a human, since they’ve never seen one before. (bonus; their perception of what a human is seems ridiculously off the mark)

- Giants who imagine what it would be like to see the trees from below, to be able to take in some of the smaller things that they have to be so careful around.

- Tinies who have dreams about the friendly mice that visit them, and their fellow tinies, but also the adventures they wish they could embark on.

- Giants who dream of the ocean, and what lies beneath the surface, and find themselves wishing they had gills so they could explore it all.

Goodbye

- Tinies saying goodbye to the human that used to live in their house because the human has to move.

- Humans who refuse to say goodbye to their tinies and don’t want to let them leave.

- Giants saying goodbye to their human friends because they’ve been spotted by too many people.

- Tinies saying goodbye to their little homes because they’re at risk of being found.

- Giants having to say goodbye to their human friends when it’s time for them to return home and feeling their hearts breaking.

- Humans who fight their giant friends tooth and nail because they don’t want to leave and their giant friend won’t listen.

- Giants/Tinies who are so used to saying goodbyes that it barely even bother them any more.

- Giants/Tinies who have never had to say goodbye before and are absolutely distraught over the idea.

- Humans who say goodbye to the tinies passing through their house so often that they can’t even imagine a tiny that would want to stay.

Hairstyles

- Tinies who desperately try to dye their hair, usually ending up using berries and all their stored water, only to be disappointed

- Giants who cut their hair with the help of clawed animals. It doesn't turn out wonderful but they're usually happy with the outcome

- Tinies who ask their human to cut and dye their hair all wacky just because

- Humans who have to buy gallons upon gallons of hair dye for their giant, along with a few pairs of hedge cutters

- Giants who help their humans or tinies do their hair, sometimes doing a surprisingly good job

- Tinies who love to cut and dye their giant's hair, swinging around in it and getting tangled, giggling as their hands and feet get stuck

- Humans who get their hair done to show it around, their giant or tiny critiquing it followed by lots of love and adoration

Shelter

I saw this prompt about a tiny taking shelter from the snow in a cave. But the cave is actually a giant’s hand. So this was my take on the prompt. And i stuck Nole in there. Maybe it’s an ancient giant that is sleeping, But possibly won’t be asleep for long. As it’s common story telling to be awaken not long after someone notices. Or something…or maybe it’ll just stay asleep and timeless. Regardless of what will happen, this was a fun piece! Hope you guys like!

Snow

- Giants with a tiny dusting of snow over their hair and shoulders

- Tinies who leave little trails through the snow as they wade through

- Tinies light enough to walk on the surface of the snow without sinking through

- Tinies who make snowshoes out of leaves or twigs, who leave odd little footprints atop the thinnest layers of snow

- Giants who sleep outdoors and wake up somewhat hidden under a layer of snow

- A human finding shelter in the “cave” that is said giant’s hand without realizing at first what they’re getting themself into

- Tiny snow angels.

- Borrowers who have never seen the snow and are equal parts nervous and excited

- Tinies using icicles as little spears or swords against potential threats

- Giants providing warmth and protection for lost travellers during snowstorms

 - Tinies that find that they love their humans deeply and don’t want to leave them.

 - Humans who find their life more complete and full of joy now that they’ve met the tinies in their house.

- Giants who get all blushy and clumsy when around the person they care about and knocking things over.

 - Tinies that fall in love with a tiny in the next house over and spend a whole week trying to traverse the back yards to reach them.

 - Humans whose significant other moves in and comes to love the tinies as much as their partner.

 - Giants who grow to love a family of humans that live nearby and would protect the family with their life.

Flowers

 - Tinies that farm the tiniest little sprigs of flowers to help ease their minds.

 - Giants who love sunflowers because the stems are so long they can pick them and give them to their friends without crushing them.

 - Tinies who climb up to precarious heights to bring the ones they love a single rose petal that they picked themselves.

 - Giants who lay in flower fields to absorb the scent and the sun as a way of meditating and calming themselves.

 - Tinies who crush up flower petals to make clothing dyes and other useful items.

Tinies in Shops

- Tinies who live in a grocery store and sneak things from the sample containers whenever they can.

- Tinies who live in Tailor Shops and take scraps of fabric to line their nests with.

- Tinies who wander the expansive shelves of huge hardware stores and are able to find everything they need to build a house in the rafters.

- Tinies who break into packages in huge warehouse stores for that one particular chocolate that’s their favourite.

- Tinies who live in pet stores and snuggle up in the hamster houses or ride around on the puppies after the store closes for the night.

Cold

 - Tinies who wrap themselves up in discarded gloves to try and stay warm.

 - Humans who find a hypothermic tiny out in the cold and try to warm them up as carefully as they can.

 - Giants who are so used to the cold it barely affects them any more but they still love to curl up under a pile of furs near a fire.

 - Tinies who crawl up to their human in the night and try to wake them up so they can cuddle close.

 - Humans who have never seen proof of a tiny before but believe in them and leave out chunks of warm fabric or tiny doll sleeping bags; just in case.

 - Giants who build a home inside a mountain and make sure that the cave at the base of the mountain is protected and has blankets in it for any lost travelers to stay warm in.

 - Tinies who love the cold, and would spend all their time in the snow if they could.

 - Humans who get cold easily so they always have extra blankets everywhere and their tiny constantly teases them about it.

 - Giants who hate even the slightest bit of snowfall and find the tale of the abominable snowman insulting.

Tears

- Tinies who hear their giants crying and want to help make them feel better but don’t know how.

- Giants who hear their tinies crying and gently cup a hand around them like a warm blanket.

- Tinies who are willing to brave their giant’s teardrops to climb up and wrap their arms around their giant’s necks.

- Giants who panic when they hear their tinies crying for the first time because they’re afraid they’re injured.

- Tinies who hear their giant crying themselves to sleep and climb up to lay on the giant’s chest so they can talk to them.

- Giants who wake up in the night to their tiny ugly crying and scoop them up to hold them close and whisper comfort to them.

- Tinies who know their giant is crying and move to sit where they can be seen and wait for the tears to stop so that they can comfort them.
