There are a toooon of “how to make a gif” tutorials. Even on tumblr :) Just check them out, google is your friend ^^

It always depends on what I’m making... If it’s just a scene then like 10 Minutes maybe a bit more. And if it’s several episodes then it also can cost an hour.
