11 years and counting I have been practicing Spiritual Meditation.... I barely remember how it feels to be negative, After putting in a minimum of 7 to 8 hours of meditation each and every day! I must admit at first I was more interested in Prayer, because of what I heard it could do. But I tried Meditation for myself and it has brought me a long way. Meditation has seen me through some of our nations toughest times, and the serenity my spirit carries is credited to my meditating for hours. Often times I can be known to separate myself from the bunch to have a personal session. Im not here to convince anyone to change their beliefs or religion but I do advise that you try meditating at least once and occasionally playing "New Age Music" for peace and tranquility. Michael Brown, Jr. (May 20, 1996[18] – August 9, 2014) was the son of Lesley McSpadden and Michael Brown Sr. The shooting of Michael Brown occurred on August 9, 2014, in Ferguson, Missouri, a northern suburb of St. Louis. Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was fatally shot by Darren Wilson, 28, a white Ferguson police officer.
