                                        It’s finally happening!

Finally, a union between Kala Sutkarn and Trin Morwen, of the Balmung server!

Everyone is invited, provided you remember that it is first and foremost an IC Wedding and should be treated as such.

Formal to semi-formal attire is preferred but not required, and for all you armor wearers out there, polish up that ceremonial armor.

Invitations will be handed out at Old Gridania near the Carline Canopy, with a max of 80, and can also serve as an RP event for folks to mingle and meet new friends! At any point you can find Kala or Trin in game and speak to them and learn a bit more about them to avoid any awkwardness.

The Reception will be held at Trin Morwen’s house, Goblet North Subdivision, Ward 5 Plot 35, and will be convening immediately after the main ceremony. There will be NPC servers and bartenders, and dancing will be encouraged. The reception is casual or formal, whichever you wish to be!

A bridal shower for Kala will be held a few days before the Wedding, depending on if I find a nice enough place. Suggestions are welcome and encouraged!

Etiquette

Under no circumstances will fights be tolerated. All drama, IC and OOC is to be left at the door, as this is a happy occasion for both myself and @gillandaris, for the enjoyment of ourselves and those we hold dear.

NPCs are also welcome and encouraged to attend, and will be given places of honor during the reception.

Repeat: There is to be no drama, IC or OOC, brought to this wedding. I expect all of us to be adults, and to enjoy interacting like adults.

If anyone wants to record or screencap the wedding, by all means feel free to do so!

Little Drabble

Trin sighs softly, his ear flicking as he returns to consciousness. He struggles to stay asleep, unwilling to relinquish the sensation of Kala in his arms once more.

Trin would never admit to others just how much he misses Kala. He understands why she left, and doesn’t blame her at all, but he is very lonely without the woman that was is best friend and mate.

Although he has dreamt of his love many times, it has never been quite this intense, persisting even as he loses the battle to stay asleep. Suddenly, the events of recent days flow through his mind: the meeting in Coerthas, seeing Kala among the peace of the Gridanian trees, the time they spent at Apkallu Falls where he asked the question that changes the direction his life has taken, and finally the preparations they’ve made.

He opens his eyes quickly, his heartbeat accelerating when his gaze lands on the beloved face he had missed for so long. He begins rumbling deep in his chest. His hand moves to caress her hair, being careful not to disturb her sleep. He simply lays there watching her for a long while, happiness and love radiating from him. When she finally stirs and opens her eyes, he smiles, nuzzling her softly.

“I missed you,” he whispers. “I’m so happy we are together again.”

Sorry I haven't said or done much recently everyone. It was a rough February with the loss of a family pet, my grandmother succumbing to cancer, and moving into a new place all while trying to keep up on college classes.

I have been RPing when I have time, and I owe you a couple posts from a couple characters as well, I promise I will get to them soon.

On a side note, I was sad to learn that my FC leader is stepping away from the game, and decided that he wanted to gift me with the FC and house in the Goblet. I hope to get pics of how the house looks now after rearranging things.

Valentione’s

I took Ayled to the Limsa Lominsa to participate in the Valentione’s festivities.

I never had any doubt Halone blessed our union, as She is the one that united us in the first place.

Our love is strong and true.

Though I did recently lose my uncle, Lord Gaelen, to death, it does mean that Ayled will never want for anything I can purchase with gil. I also know that the gil is not what draws her and spending time with her is just as wonderful as any gift I might present her with.
