Listen. I love Captain Marvel. It is an amazing movie. But I am mad as fucking hell that the version of this I saw in the cinema AND the version on Disney+ doesn’t contain this scene.

Aside from the obvious pandering to comic book reading incels who would be frothing at the nutsack about it on Reddit (too late dumbasses you made a movie in which the protagonist is a powerful woman, that ship sailed the second you green lit the script), cutting that scene, like, ruins the narrative? We go from hey I’m gonna need your bike, to I got a bike. It makes NO SENSE unless you know this scene exists so you can fill in the blanks. It becomes a lazy deus ex machina scene and I hate it.

Honestly when I saw this at the cinema I damn near walked out at that point cause I knew about that scene, I was EXCITED for that scene, and yet some fucko decided I wasn’t ready to see Brie Larson put this boy in his place and take his motorbike. Bitch I was born to watch that scene.
