Two Week Pic Dump. Work has had me busy, busy, busy! If you’re looking for a great job in IT we’re hiring!!! (I’ll post a link in the comments.) Anyway, where were we? Oh yeah, Uranus. The Jacob traveled to Uranus Fudge Factory with us before his flight back down to Florida the next day. Shortly before our trip to the magical town of Uranus, around 1 am Christmas morning, I found a message saying that a kind neighbor thinks they found Butters, I haven’t seen him for 3 months:(… so Santa basically brought my Butters back.😻 Bo is happy to have his buddy back…. And second to last, meet Edgar, the automatic pet hair sweeper-upper. We decided to try a little something new, so we ordered #mealprep and delicious #donuts and #protienballs from @donut_gainzllc and they are phenomenal!!! I love the Nutella donuts and Jimmy is obsessed with the banana pudding. And one more, with the last of my paint. I’ve been wanting to recreate this sea foam green vision for quite some time. I’m finally satisfied with how it turned out. It’s supposed to represent brokenness. There are two sides, the broken pieces on the left have darkness coming through. The ones on the right have light. Everyone has been broken before, it’s what we do with the brokenness that determines who we become. I need a better pepper shaker but breakfast was extra pretty in spite of the extra pepper so I took a pic💜 I cut up some potatoes 🥔 , shook them around in a freezer bag with some butter 🧈 , olive oil, granulated onion 🧅 , parsley 🌿 , seasoned salt and pepper. I spread them out on a baking sheet and baked in the oven at 400 while I cut up and cooked the kielbasa and made the banana 🍌 pancakes 🥞. The banana 🍌 pancakes are especially easy, I just mashed two bananas that didn’t get eaten, added about a tablespoon of brown sugar, a cup of krusteaz pancake mix, and about a cup of water (should be a thick pourable consistency) a tsp of vanilla extract, and a tbsp (or two I don’t really measure) of cinnamon. I took the potatoes out (they were browned and crispy) and mixed them in with the kielbasa. In the skillet with a little more oil. I fried up the pancakes and then I made a few eggs over easy. A trick my dad taught me to make perfect over easy eggs is to take the frying pan cover, and add a little cold water to steam the top of the egg. Now I just take an ice cube 🧊 and toss it in the pan until the white is steamed over the yolk. I put some pepper Jack cheese 🧀 on Jimmys potatoes 🥔 before I topped them with two over easy eggs 🍳 .
