Usually during the weekend I take a break from social media been trying to practice it I find that it helps me maintain my mental health in a way because let’s be honest it’s easy to get lost in the social media world whether it’s one way or another....

Anyways! On that note I have decided this week is the week! To focus on more self love and self care may do a 15 day challenge?? May not?? Gonna take it one day at a time 🦋
