What is fitness to you? According to the World English Dictionar it means; "the state of being fit" Fitness has many components. I have been a certified personal trainer for many years now and now perusing a career in nursing: my learning career never ends. I learn not only from educators but also from my clients and patients. Everyone has a different genetic make up and has had life experiences. I dont know everything, but I am here to share my knowlegde and experience with fitness. To me fitness is patience, practice, and dedication. Here you will find nothing but fitness driven goals and inspiration.
