We signed and submitted our offer. Hopefully, we will hear back in a few days from the seller and close by our set date of April 11, 2014!!

I got offered a job today.... Still part time but it pays a little better. Pros: could lead to a full time job. Cons: it's technically an internship and idk how long it will last. The location is difficult to get to. If I got a car then I would be paying additional expenses for the car. Idk man idk
