I’ve honestly held the view that I’d rather white writers focus on writing about their own reality, rather than trying to be overtly progressive or performatively inclusive. It annoys me. To me, the issue isn’t a lack of representation...it’s a lack of opportunities for more non-white, working class writers to get published by major publishing houses.

But let me stop here today. No one wants to listen to this old fella yelling at the cloud again.
