Jane had positioned herself in a tree at the edge of the forest; it was her favourite place to study in peace. She had thrown on a pair of wool tights under her uniform skirt and a pair of hiking boots, and had been up there for two hours with her nose in her books. She wasn’t even paying attention when she all but jumped out of the tree, nearly landing on someone. “Oh, dear. Are you alright? I didn’t even notice you walking by, or I probably would of done you the courtesy of calling out before I just jumped down. Beuatiful out, though, isn’t it? If only they made the library smell like this.”
Copper needed to get away from the other students, even if it was only a few minutes. His anxiety had been running high over the past few days, and it seemed to hit it’s peak. Breathing exercises didn’t really work, unfortunately. So, maybe being alone would give him time to breath and slightly clear his head. He didn’t notice anyone in the tree, otherwise he would have avoided it. The teen stumbled backwards as the other student jumped down, Copper let out a worried yelp as he did, checking to make sure if she was alright. He took a deep breath to try and quell his shaking hands. “I-i... I-i’m okay...”

“N-no... I-it wasn’t..!” He rubbed his wrist nervously. “I um... We weren’t talking about Quidditch though... I-it was um... Only mentioned...”
