What happens when you take it entirely personally when the person you are hired to protect gets hurt and cries because she hurt you, and you instinctively go into kind and protective mode while you could just, you know, tell her "you're good, let's get going"?

Also, I'm sorry, but the line "I've never been in such good company" was neither necessary for the mission, nor was it nonchalant. This man meant it either romantically or was relaxed enough around Ashley for him to say it.
