Life mantra: here. Hello friends, welcome to Giving&Loving. This used to be a "fitspo/weight loss blog", or whatever you want to call it. But with events that have taken place in my life, it has transformed into more of a body-positive, self-love, and search for the mind-body connection type of blog. A place where I search for continual loving kindness towards myself and the way I treat my body. I used to keep track of my weight here but it is not my top priority anymore. My priority is to pursue true happiness and pure health: where the mind, body, and spirit can become one harmoniously. Here I will post/reblog things that inspire me (this can range from learning about food, my fascination with meditation and yoga, and my love for dance and more) I hope you join me :]
