How easy is it to take care of your little green snake, and handling him? Also, how did you get him, captive or wild caught? (trying to get one of my own)
It is actually not that easy. Most will die within about 6 months of having them, because they just dont do well in captivity. They usually have parasites, and handling them stresses them out a lot. They are stubborn and won't eat in captivity usually. I wouldn't advise getting one unfortunately. They are very difficult to care for, and even if you have the BEST conditions.. They usually die anyway. Whereever you get them, they are usually wild caught..as they usually die in captivity, so they wont breed much.
Kookoo the macaw, preening.
