Hi All, 

Giant Killing has recently been picked up for official translating and digital publishing by Kodansha Comics USA ( site ). This is good news now that we can officially buy and support Giant Killing in English! 

 Unfortunately, this does bring a halt to our work as independant fan scanlators. We will continue our full work until the end of the current match, but after that, we will stop providing full scanlations. 

Please do support Tsunamoto and Tsujitomo by buying official releases.

You know, in episode 6 that blonde coach was Dutch and actually spoke dutch, but I am dutch so when I heard it I totally freaked out because I didn't have to read the subtitles and that blonde guy didn't even have an accent! But the person that was supposed to be his translator had such a horrible accent that the only thing I understood were the words "good luck" and "yes" hahahh. But the fun thing was that the translations werent even what they were saying. Sorry I had to tell this to someone

Oh yes!!! Coach Dulfer and interpreter Sonoda! 

One of many things that I really love in GK is that they invited native speakers for foreign characters!!  (≧∇≦) By the way, I think this man is behind Dulfer’s voice.

But the fun thing was that the translations werent even what they were saying

As far as I can say it happens quite often haha. Once I had to spent about half an hour trying to understand what on earth the hero was saying =_=“ And subtitles were no use at all XD
