On this special day, as we celebrate the Founders’ Day of Shree G.K. Jain School, we bow in gratitude to the visionaries whose dream gave birth to this great institution. What began in 1960 as Shree Jain Hindi Vidyalaya, with a noble intention to educate children beyond the bounds of religion or community, has grown into one of Chennai’s most respected centres of learning — nurturing knowledge, character, and compassion for over five decades.
We fondly remember Master Goutham Babu, whose pure spirit continues to inspire us. His words,
“Jo kuch karna, accha karna — phir duniya mein kis se darna?”
(Whatever you do, do it well; then whom is there to fear in this world?)
remain the guiding light of our school’s journey.
