i'm currently only writing on discord. i don't use any sort of formatting beyond usually writing in all lowercase, but i'm happy to do proper caps if you want, just ask. i don't use gifs. i do prefer to use tupperbox, and i'm happy to teach you how! but if you really hate using it that's not a dealbreaker for me and we don't have to.
i’ll match on length, though my standard trends towards what i guess you’d call semi-lit / lazy lit. often close to or a little over discord’s character limit but rarely hit it twice. not into one liners, but i generally don’t get too pressed about how much you write so long as you give me something to work with.
i play characters of all genders and will write any variety of ship, i do tend to lean towards m/f or m/m but definitely not opposed to f/f, and trans / nonbinary characters are always welcomed and beloved. i am open to doing mumus or having multiple threads / ships, but usually prefer starting with just one to make sure we vibe (and also because it’s easier for me to focus on one thing at a time when plotting) before adding more.
i do tend to like including smut in threads, as long as it’s not the only thing going on / there’s at least some semblance of a plot. it’s not a dealbreaker if you prefer fading to black, though.
i’m a great enjoyer of angst, messy fucked up characters, and kind of toxic relationships. fluff is fun but in moderation. however hard no’s on most things considered “t*boo” i.e. underage, inc*st, nonc*n, etc.
for genres i prefer slice of life / real life, oc celebs, rich kids, crime-related, urban fantasy, supernatural creatures, etc. i’m not interested in period settings, high fantasy, or heavy sci-fi.
when we first begin writing together i have a strong preference for rapidfire threads or at least a few replies a week, otherwise i tend to lose muse easily.
that being said, sometimes life happens and i’m happy to be patient if you need a break as long as you do the same for me. i never delete a server unless my partner fully leaves it, so if you do have to go inactive for a while feel free to come back at any time.
please give equal energy when we’re plotting. don’t just say “i love that” without elaborating further. rp is meant to be collaborative and i don’t want to be doing all the work.
