- Back during Edo Period, Ryu was a samurai obviously but he did come from a long family line of samurais and sorcerers which meant he grew up incredibly comfortably but also since he was a little kid his personality was very stiffled, as he was supposed to be molded into the continuation of the family "honor", however you may call serving the higher ups
- his favorite back then was any type of dango but now it needs to be any form of glazed cake
- he really likes baking and is quite good at it but is SHIT at cooking
- he and Harumi (his wife during Edo Period) had a very platonic relationship even if they ended up having kids as they didnt love eachother romantically that much
- very popular with ladies and gentlemen alike, even during Edo period!
- Has a severe case of depression for most of his life, i do also think he doesnt like spontaneity outside of battles as he deems it "unnecesarily sweet" due to having issues with overthinking and similar stuff
- during Culling Games he tried out some styles while looking for a fight before ending up on this one
- is 192 cms tall and very bisexual
- stress eats or smokes it was especially noticeable during Edo Period when suddenly a lot of honey was going missing
hidden inventory yaga x librarian!reader
based off this ask
seeing masamichi yaga push open the oak doors of the library—the bell above the entrance ringing softly in response—was like watching a rescue helicopter finally find you in the desert.
you would think that working in a library—owning one, actually—would be a simple, quiet path of life. you thought old people who wanted to catch up on their reading now that they were retired, enthused manga fans who wanted the 20th anniversary version of sailor moon, and exhausted parents who just wanted to borrow a hungry, hungry caterpillar because nothing else would get their four-year-old to calm down, would all be frequent customers.
instead, it was filled with noisy groups of teenagers barging in left and right because there was nowhere else to really hang out in town, angry, loud-mouthed karens who yelled at you because they couldn’t check out a book with a library card expired four years ago, and people who constantly borrowed books out but never actually returned them.
yaga was like a goldmine of a customer (though in your eyes, he was more of a childhood acquaintance than just a library-goer) always polite, always to the point, and always sticking around later than library opening hours allowed.
and that was just one part of yaga you liked.
the second part was that yaga could take every little thing you said and just absorb it, like sticking an already used sticker onto a wall and hoping it’d stay up—your frisky, teasing remarks just never seemed to get to him. maybe a small quirk at the end of his lips, or a chuckle on a good day, but the reactions never really went past miniature facial expressions.
“yaga-kun,” you start, your voice already climbing into that higher-pitched register of sweetness you used in attempt to unravel the man. “how’re the students?”
you stand up, pushing aside the books you were meant to put in the ‘return’ slot maybe forty minutes ago.
with an exhale that sounds like it belongs to a man well over fifty, even if yaga is only mid-thirties, he replies. “the students are…” he brings his large hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose. “they’re fine. satoru and suguru are still causing messes the higher-ups won’t stop harassing me for, and shoko—same as ever, reliable, cooperative. her aptitude for reverse cursed energy is important.”
“okay,” you drawl, sitting up fully now, barely rolling your shoulders back. “...and how are you?”
“i’m … also fine.”
“just fine?” you ask, standing up and moving from behind the desk to sit on it in front of him—putting yourself on display. masamichi can’t help but let his eyes rake over your body—just once—but it happens. “y’know, usually people come into libraries hoping to borrow books, maybe renew a card, but your here after-hours, and seem to be checking something else out.”
you loosen your tie a little, just a small tug at the knot against your neck. it’s deliberate. making you look a little less organized librarian and a little more disheveled office siren.
yaga’s been enduring little moments like this for ages. small brushes of arms whenever you walk side by side, proximity that feels to close to not label as intimate, starry-eyed looks that are more beckoning than respectful. tonight, he’s had enough.
stepping closer to the desk you’re sitting on, he practically invades your space, standing right between your legs and placing his large hands on your slacks where your thighs are.
“wait—yaga-kun—what are you—” you brace your hands on his chest, blood rushing to your face at the sudden act.
“i’m the one checking other things out, huh?” he whispers, low and gravelly in your ear, sliding his hands from your thighs to your hips, pulling you closer. “every day i come here, and every single day you act all doe-eyed and sweet.”
“yaga-kun, yaga-kun.” he repeats in your voice, mocking the way you address him. “yaga-kun, are the students okay? yaga-kun, is that a new hair-cut? it gets old.” he murmurs.
“i’m not—”
“tell me i’m wrong.” he utters in a low voice, giving you every chance to pull away, to refuse.
when no refutal comes, he capitalizes on the opportunity, closing in on your lips and capturing them slowly. first, it’s a few mouth pecks, then slower, more reverent ones—pouring in all the passion and emotion from years of torment, years of you holding yourself just out of reach, like a carrot on a fishing rod above a pigs head. the fuzz from his neatly-kept goatee and sharp mustache tickling your face. you can’t help but chuckle a little into the nip at your bottom lip, your arms snaking up his body to drape over his shoulders, lazily interlinking your hands at the nape of his buzzcut.
“he’s all smiley now, huh?” he says, hand slithering up from your hip to your waist. that makes your smile wider, a gleeful lip-smile. “finally got what you wanted?”
“yeah i did, i was wondering how long it was gonna take you finally catch my hints.”
he just hums softly, thumb tracing a gentle circle into your hip, and glances back down at your lips hungrily—ready to finish what he just started.

contains: sukuna | nanami | gojo | veerrrryyy short drabble
sleepily stumbling into ryomen sukuna's throne room, you find him sitting with his legs spread, idly toying with the hem of his black kimono. trudging over to him, you kneel down at the front of his chair, planting your face right into his left thigh. it's warm, meaty, and you can feel the hard layer of muscle occasionally shifting underneath the plush layer of fat sukuna had gained from becoming less tyrant-oriented and more you-oriented.
"brat, what did i say about touching, huh?" he grunts. when you don't move and only shift closer with a soft mrrr, he brings his hand up to your head, gently scratching that sweet spot between your ears. your head shifts upwards, seeking more of that contact, and sukuna can't resist.
"up." he commands, and when you comply, he settles you on his thighs, perching you on his lap. bringing your head down to hook your chin over his shoulder, he rubs the nape of your neck, much slower and softer than anyone else had seen the king of curses be. he feels your body going slack. "good kitty, back to sleep." he drawls.
he plans on putting you back in your bed the moment your eyes are asleep, and having uraume watch over you instead. he can't be bothered.
padding over to kento nanami's spot on the couch, you stand in front of him as he reads his book, one leg crossed over the other.
"nanamin," you start, yawning mid-way through your sentence. "uncross your legs."
he sighs through his nose, the fabric of his beige slacks shifting as he uncrosses his legs. you climb atop him, and he lets out a quiet grunt, his arms circling your middle as he reads his book over your shoulder.
"my mouth hurts." you murmur, too low for even someone with heightened senses like nanami to hear. "nanami, my mouth—"
nanami sighs again, and drags a hand down the lower half of his face "teeth." he interjects, positioning your head right in front of his face. he puts his book down on the arm of the couch, using the index finger and thumb of the same hand to push up your upper lip and inspect your canines.
"you're fine. i told you earlier not to chew on those bones—now look at you." he replies after inspecting your teeth, though the way he's started rubbing your back says that he's trying to comfort you—no matter how inefficient your eating and chewing habits may be.
satoru gojo's sitting at his desk grading papers when the door opens with a gentle creak.
"there he is!" he shouts, a huge grin spreading over his face. he opens his arms for you, beckoning you into his lap. when you sit on him, back against his warm chest, it's like the stack of papers in front of completely disappears. all his focus is on you.
he pampers you, bombarding you with questions. how was your day? did you sleep well? hungry? thirsty? hot? cold?
"tired."
"ahh," he chuckles with a grin. "then i guess i'll let you sleep, pretty kitty." he says, softer now, and leaning back in his chair to accommodate for you.
he rocks you back and forth gently, letting your heavy eyelids close shut, not stopping until he hears the familiar sound of your soft snoring.

˚₊‧꒰ not prof read cause I'm tired of this grandpa
˚₊‧꒰ synopsis: You went on a date with a really sweet guy last night, and couldn't wait to see him again. But you did not mean that literally, especially at work. Which is weird because you did not, and would not tell him that you work at a maid cafe...
˚₊‧꒰ my knowledge of working at a maid cafe is based off this blog: 𔓐𑇓
˚₊‧꒰ ❝I cant fight, my sugar thoughts, think of you when summer falls❞ - Natanya
The events from last night has completely rotted your brain, just thinking about him made you giddy and ignorant to the world in front of you. It was truly a textbook fairytale that ended with a kiss to the hand, an exchange of numbers, mutual wish for a second date, and a long conversation thought text that had you smiling in your sleep. Unfortunately you don't live in a cliche romance story, and have responsibilities to attend to and cant bear the distraction of thinking of your date, Ryu Ishigori.
You've just been assigned a table of one in the far corner of the cafe. it was a small distance from the kitchen where you were residing in after cleaning up your previous table. In your peripheral vision you could see a blurred silhouette of a man who looked like he didn't belong in a place so bright and pastoral. But have working at a maid cafe you have learned not to judge the people who come here. As you flounce your way to the table you start to recognize the man sitting in the booth. The same guy that from last night that would be titled the man of your dreams was now in front you. Every step that brought you closer and the more you took in that it was really him warmed your entire body, and made your stomach sink. You'd be happy to see him any other time and place but not here. It's not like you hated your job because you loved it, but something about telling people that you worked at a maid cafe made you feel embarrassed. Now you feel abashed that someone you know is at the very cafe you work at, and also being served by you. But your on the clock so those personal feelings have to be put to the side, and put that corporate bubbly personality to the front lines!
"Haiii! Welcome to Cafe Mew Mew, is this your first time here?!" You spoke in sweetly charming personality of the character you become at work.
Ryu nodded in response and went back to scanning the menu.
"That's great! My name is (Fake Name), I'll be your maid for today!"
"Do you already have something in mind to order, sir?" You added taking out the order pad and opening a ticket.
"Everything here sounds pretty good. What would you say is the best thing here?" he asked while taking a quick glance at you before going back to the menu. It made you feel weak to the knees you were so scared he recognize you.
"Personally I like the cheesecake roll cake, its a vanilla cake with cheesecake filling frosting, coated with graham cracker crumbs, and topped with strawberries!"
"Yeah I'll get that." He stated without hesitation.
"anything to drink?"
"a sweet tea will be fine."
"Perfect!" You cheered as you sent the order through.
"In the meantime we play games with our guests, and if you win you'll get prizes!" You explain as you take out Jenga pieces, and set them on the table. every time an inch of your body got closer to his as you place each block, you could swear your heart would just jump out and grab the knife that laid next to Ryu and stab its self out of embarrassment.
He looked slightly puzzled, "oh? how fun!"
clearly he's never been to a maid cafe.
"Alright! you go first!" You announce after finishing setting up the tower of pink wooden blocks.
Once you said that Ryu played it safe and went to the bottom, middle piece. After his turn you take a middle piece as well—you needed to dragg out the game until his food was ready—.
The game only lasted ten minutes, as soon as your pager went off. Being the pro that you are at Jenga after playing so much at work you knew all the ways to purposefully lose. And along with your skill of fake defeat you knew how to act like it was a coincidence.
"aww man I lost! welp now I have to get your prizes then" You playfully whine at your purposeful defeat.
You quickly scurry off to the kitchen to get the prizes along with the roll cake he ordered. You thank your co-worker who had made the cake and start to prepare the sweet tea—you put a guestimate of how much sugar he would like in the tea using your prior knowledge from the date, and the fact that he looked at the dessert menu before ordering his main course you assumed he'd like it pretty sweet— . And although you pride yourself of your great service you could not bring yourself to go out there again. So to make up for it you added a little more than usual to the prize bag. You put the roll cake, sweet tea, and prize bag on the top of your serving cart. Then the strawberries, whipped cream, and edible pink glitter on the bottom of it along with your 'power up wand'. When you got closer to the doors to exit the kitchen you froze up, not once in your life have you ever lost your composure at work before. You didn't snap out of it until your work friend, Tomomi, asked you if you were ok.
"Is it a bad customer? we can always get them to leave."
"No no, its not that."
"Oh? I've never seen you like this."
"I will tell you later, I need to stop stalling!"
"Ohhkayy..." she dragged out, which she only did when she didn't fully believe someone. But she trusted you enough to hold the door for you.
You skip your way to the corner where Ryu's table is at and stop the cart right next to it.
"Here is your prize!" You say with glee as you set the large pink sparkly bag filled with plushies, pens, mini notepads, and a 10 percent off coupon, along with the sweet tea.
"And your roll cake!" You place the cake on the table with a smile while Ryu looks at it slightly baffled. It was not the way you described it to be neither the strawberries or whip cream topped the cake. But before he could fix his mouth to ask about it-
You started your dramatic act. "Oh right! how could I forget!"
"I need to power up the cake! will you help me?" Now did you cringe, on the inside well yes. Would this be embarrassing if he could recognize you?
"Yes!" He replied just as enthusiastic as you, now maybe it was because he just wanted to start eating, but hey it makes it less embarrassing if he's playing along.
"OKAY! we need to say the maaaagic worrds!!"
"what's the magic words?!"
"are you familiar with the anime Tokyo Mew Mew?"
"No!"
"Okay! well the magic words go like this !!Mew mew strawberry!"
"Now lets say it together!"
"Mew mew Strawberry!!!" You both chanted, you rapidly put the strawberries on the cake.
"Now we need the whipped creaam!"
"Its the same chant! But just instead of strawberry you say whip cream ok!! say it with me!"
"Mew mew whip cream!!" While you two shout more words you promptly swirl the whipped cream in between each strawberry.
So, Ryu may have been over the act already as he grabbed his fork and was ready to dig in, Unfortunately that's not how this works.
"WAIT! Its not at full power you can't eat it!"
"more magic?"
"Yes! but its too advanced for you it requires a wand!" you explain as you pick up the wand from the bottom of the serving cart—it was a pink wand with the strawberbell on top—
"I am going to say 'reborn roll cake' and you say 'check' okay!"
He nodded then set down his fork. You pulled out the edible glitter and put a handful in your hand.
"Ready?"
"Yes!"
"Rebornnn roll cakeee!"
"check!"
You wave your wand around as you throw the glitter onto the cake. after you do a little twirl and pose with the wand.
"Enjoy!" You smiled as you bowed to Ryu's applause, along with a couple of more posing. 'So exhausting. just a little more of acting like a fool and he's out of here' you thought to yourself. you couldn't wait to give him the check so he'd get his ass outta here.
10 minuets of being the jester of the man who was courting you the night before passes after what feels like ages, he finally asked for the check. And now the chains have been lifted. Well not really, you just can't stop thinking about him. Although serving him was a pain, he was too cute to not want to see him again. that's that eye candy privilege.
Closing time chased right after the foolery. It was was always the time at work where you could lock up that persona did you realize how draining the job was. The pay wasn't the best to be doing all that, but you loved coming to work and being a different person. Maybe the real reason you were embarrassed about Ryu being there was because you couldn't have been yourself around him. Those were the thoughts playing ring around the rosie in your head as you lay on your bed freshly showered.
RRRRRRRRRRRIIIiiiiiiiNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGG
RRRRRRRRRRRIIIiiiNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGG
Those thoughts have all fallen down with the sound of the phone.
'Tomomi you nosy bitch' you start your monologue in your head
You groan as you get up to reach your phone on the nightstand.
you sigh as you see the contact name, "Hi"
"Hey, how are you?"
"Good."
"Only good? well then how can I make it better"
Your eyes graze the walls of your room, your face feels like cozy campfire.
"Are you still there? I did call late."
"Oh... Yes sorry I spaced out"
"All good — Are you busy this weekend?"
"Nope!"
"Great, great so would you want come with me to Nishikigaura?"
"Oh to see the fireworks"
"Yea exactly that, I know its a distance but—"
"I'm okay with that, I'll have to call off work so we are able to get rest"
"You don't have to do that, why don't we just stay local"
"But you wanted to see the—"
"Its fine"
"See you Sunday though?"
"Of course but what exactly are we doing"
"Don't worry about it...Have you tried macarons before?"
"No, have you?"
"No, but I wanna try making some, apparently its hard."
The other person on the line let out a short low snicker that would go in and out of range for the phone pick up.
"I think it'll be easy, they're just tiny cookies"
A soft silence presented itself on both ends of the phone. Although not completely silent. Just an absence of words. There were dedicatedly quiet shuffles, and the thin sounds of silverware, tableware, and running sink water.
Just tiny cookies he said...
Those tiny cookies put you back at the cafe...except this time your not working.
The person on the opposite side of the booth you sat at was rambling on about how good the cheesecake roll cake was. Little did he know you knew that too. You were the one who told him to get it.
A familiar corporate maid greeting, that was taught to you interrupted the detailed explanation of the routine you had done a few days ago "Hiii!! Welcom—"
The one and only Tomomi...Well right now she is Mew Pudding.
"____!! Oh my god your heree!!"
"Wait? you know them?"
Ryu then turned to you, "I didn't know you were a regular why didn't you say that"
Tomomi butts in, "Oh they aren't a regular. We're coworkers!"
Curse you Tomomi
"At... a different job.!" You tried to save yourself...Too late the damage has been done
Tomomi and her telling expressions.
Ryu takes one look at your coworker then a glance at you, "Your lying?"
You sigh, "Yes..."
"I think its cool to work at a place like this"
"Your just saying that to butter me up" you grumble
"No I'm not it'd be fun to just get to larp all day"
"So you don't think its embarrassing?"
"Not at all...Any way which character do you larp"
"Mew Strawber—"
"That was you?"
"UHM. Can we order now I think we know what we're getting"
"Of course!" 'Mew pudding' cheered with very in character excess energy
"I'd like a strawberry parfait...I'm assuming you want the roll cake?" you asked.
Ryu nodded, While Tomomi put in the orders.
"Well since you've both been here you know the drill" Tomomi pulled out the Jenga pieces.
'oh boy I wonder who'd lose' you thought to yourself the very person that taught you everything you knew was sure to do the same maneuver.
And you'd be correct.
"Aw nooo! I lost...I was so sure I had it !let me get your prizes!" Tomomi left as soon as possible to get those prizes.
"So...dose everyone who works here are terrible liars"
"Well yes... We're all pros at Jenga so we have to lie, plus we get tips if they really believe it. But I'm the best liar here soo I always get tips"
"Nah"
"Oh. right you didn't tip me"
"I can give you a tip—"
(I'd like that me! me! me!)

Can you please write a one shot of Ryu Ishigori x reader where he fights them, gets his ass handed to him and is just instantly starstruck and in love afterwards because he had never met anyone so strong before? Ty
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀once again, ryu ishigori is dragged backwards by the force of your punch to his face. if he hadn't accumulated enough cursed energy to focus on his forehead in time, he'd be dead—decapitated—, and quite frankly, he should've died a few punches ago.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀your melee prowess was honestly astonishing. you landed hit after hit on him, and he was pretty much unable to keep up for most of the fight. he'd been pummeled more times than he could count, just barely surviving, and not even coming close to touching you—never mind inflicting any damage.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀your technique, star rage, was completely overwhelming—applying a sort of invisible mass to yourself without compromising your speed or agility. the simple blasts from the cannon-shaped pompadour above his forehead weren't going to cut it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀back to the fight, he's slumped against the wall, frantically trying to fix his hair back into it's cannon-styled glamor.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"watch the hair!" he shouts, hectically using his fingers to try and reform the structure of his hair, so as to channel his technique better.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he looks up at your silhouette, the sun behind you transforming you into a menacing figure with your features shadowed by the backlight. your shikigami floats behind you, just as intimidating, since your overpowered technique can be imbued into it's body as well.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀you've crossed your arms over your chest, shikigami floating menacingly behind you, as you watch his hands fumble with his dark locks of hair. all of a sudden, he stops.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he gets it now.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀you're toying with him.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀you could have killed him a few minutes ago that time when you bashed his head in, or that time when you landed a particularly blunt jab to the side of his torso, or the time where that chop connected right between his shoulder and his neck.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀in fact, you didn't even need to kill him yourself—you could've gotten him with your shikigami ages ago.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"struggling with your hair-do?" you call out from across the devastated battlefield. buildings leveled, craters peppering the asphalt, and trees? forget about it. shifting your weight from your left leg to your right, you shout again. "it looks better down anyway!"
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀your eyebrows furrow when you see his shoulders shaking, followed by the boisterous noise of his laughter reverberating through the desolate combat zone. he's long given up on his hair, instead, just staring up at the sky as if he can hear angels singing, and cackling like a mad scientist.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"you good, man?" you say, stepping closer and leaning in. the fact that you aren't battering him in right now only reinforces what he thought—you're playing with him. this is a game to you. he drags a hand down his face as he looks up at you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀you're absolutely gorgeous, and that makes everything even worse. your hair and clothes haven't sustained a single smudge or blemish from the hassling and fighting, and you look unflappable, as if the great special-grade sorcerer ryu ishigori was a grade four curse. the most damage he's done is a small smear of dirt under your right eye.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀for a moment, ryu's completely starstruck, staring up at you. he's terrified—genuinely fearing for his life right now—and he loves the feeling of it. he wipes a tear of joy from his eye as he stands up before you, dusting some of the grime off of his open, fur-trimmed jacket.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"you are ..." he starts, reaching out to swipe the dirt from under your eye away. the palm of his hand resting on your cheek as he does so. "magnificent."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he lets out a surprised noise as his legs give out under him due to exhaustion—the running, blocking, and firing having taken a huge physical toll on his body. he falls to his knees directly in front of you, but his eyes are still locked on yours, composed, unwavering.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"thank you."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀and with that, his body falls limply to the floor, the dark locks of hair that were always his greatest weapon lie slack against the material of your shoe.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀kogane appears above you, small, white-winged body floating with an attitude that betrays glee. "player ryu ishigori with seventy-seven points: dead. you are now awarded five points, making your total one-hundred-and-ninety points!" it declares, floating happily in the air before disappearing with a puff of air.
Sendai Colony is my favorite part in the entirety of Jujutsu Kaisen. I was reasonably skeptical upon the announcement that it would all take place in a single episode. needless to say, I was wowed. I believe that the anime did many parts substantially better than the manga. I could truly talk forever about the spectacle and awe of this episode, but I'd like to pivot to Ryo and Uro, and why I adore them so fervently
I believe that JJK is ultimately a story about life. What is left after one dies? What qualifies fulfillment? Will you ever be satisfied? Questions like these drive JJK-and I think Uro and Ryu are perfect microcosms of this ideology. They ask and answer these questions within themselves, they have their ideals challenged, they have lived and we get to see what's been eating at them. Ryu, appears incredibly simple at first-an archetypal 'strong guy'. However, he near instantly shatters this preconception and poses a terrifying question. This incorporeal concept of dissatisfaction. An abstract, guttural hunger-the desire for something more. The state of ones life being deeply unfulfilling for a reason beyond their solution is paralyzing and concerningly sympathetic. Ryu was not satisfied, and although he lived a nice life-his hunger for the missing pieces drove him to incarnate. The fact that he finally got the satisfaction he'd been craving-that he will finally be able to rest contently is beautiful. However, it's not a fate that we ourselves are afforded. Nobody wants to die unsatisfied-the final thoughts you have being ones of yearning for more. Ryu is a challenge to the reader, a reminder that we don't get a do-over. A punch in the gut reminding us that this is all we have, all we are, all we will be-we'd better get the full course and clean the damn plate.
Saying that Uro lived a life may be an overstatement. Systematic and continuous dehumanization, satisfaction as an idea was taken from her. Life choked and mutilated her until all she could do was dream. Living a life bred for dissatisfaction, laced with despair, Uro couldn't have died happily if she was able to try. What is left when your life is taken from you unfairly? What happens when you fail to be yourself? It's despair. Maybe if your soul screams loudly enough someone will hear you. If you thrash around enough someone might finally notice that you're alive. Her technique is a poignant telling of her life. It's power comes from never touching another-this imperceptible division between the self and others. She's not quite a person, is she? at least not a person like other people are. Similarly, her flight is an painful stand-in for the freedom she has chased. The desire to finally be human-the freedom associated with a name of your own-the power in person-hood(reeks of transness). Unfortunately, her desires are distorted. The freedom of a new life seems promising, doesn't it? It's a shame that she'll need an entire lifetime to even begin to express herself. She spent her life(s) searching for vindication-chasing this grand goal of self. She couldn't have known that the self is just the start. Takako Uro is broken, and it would be crazy if she wasn't. Living a life as someone else, for someone else-it's bound to break you. It isn't her fault, but blame can't even save her.
Think about dying, right now. Seriously, if you died right now what would you regret the most? What would eat at you as you faded-what would that final thought be? Will you even be able to rest?
Jjk fans need to let that frat thing go. And s’stop s’writing s’like s’this like why are we slurring our words.
No, Toji would call anyone ma’, Gojo would not cheat, and Geto is not a woman. And some of you guys copy Tonicries to the point where you don't write each character with unique individual dialogue accurate to their character, we don't want to read the same thing over and over again.
And PLEASE stop using aave (African American Vernacular English) incorrectly, do some research about female anatomy and actually read and watch JJK because what the fuck do you mean “they use their cursed techniques on you during sex” that wouldn't work at all, cursed techniques are intended for fighting and not intimacy, the larp needs to stop.
Honestly if you read non-con and just love the thought of being raped, don't dare to write some bullshit like “I'm not romanticising rspe or sexual assault” yes you are.
And what the hell is up with some of you PEDOPHILIES, yes pedophiles, with writing aged up stories of teenagers and then having the audacity to put “MDNI”
And what the fuck is up with some of you niggas and non-con, yes I am kink shaming, I just saw a post saying that it doesn't matter if you like a bad character because they are fictional, have you never heard of the slenderman case? So is it not wrong to think bad of a person who says that they resonate with a rapist character or a misogynistic character and that the character is really complex and that they can understand them because they are just so misunderstood.
Another thing is, its Satoru not Saturo, Geto not Getou, AND ITS GOJO NOT GOJOU.
10s across the board on this one. ok maybe not entirely on the CT one but that's cause I'm lowkey a freak, hear me out on missuse of cursed energy discharge and whatever hanami has going on 👅
Jjk fans need to let that frat thing go.
Just wanted to drop a cheeky ask because the community of us writing for non-fem readers has got to stick together! Your writing is great
Also props for not immediately resorting to writing about dysphoria when asked to write a trans reader- it's weirdly common amongst cis writers and drives me absolutely mad
Keep up the good work
hii omg i just wanted to say that i'm literally in love with all of your writing—your entire profile is literally just a goldmine of creative and original works for pretty much any character i can think of. i'm so honored to have u as my moot 🥹 (also i love your entire aesthetic) on your profile
non-fem writers stick together 🙂↕️
also is this a safe space to say i need ppl to start tagging their fics as x fem reader specifically? bc i'll be halfway through the most beautiful fic and then i drop it bc they use she!her pronouns ૮◞ ‸ ◟ ა i just want fics to be tagged correctly idk
anyways you're the sweetest ever and thank you for dropping this cute ask ilysm mootie 💗 getting a compliment from u is like the highest form of appreciation

I LOVE UR WORK SM 😭😭 IS IT OK IF U MADE A MAHITO X MALE READER FIC? THATD BE SO GREAT THANK YOUUUUU
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀obsessed!mahito can't get enough of his favorite classmate-slash-secret streamer—you. it's 6:30 in the morning, and the only reason you're up is to test the new go pro you received from a fan who was dedicated enough to send their favorite streamer a gift so pricy. setting it on the upper edge of your monitor, you boot up a stream for maybe 2 minutes, checking and adjusting the angle, and making sure the quality of the camera is sufficient enough for your streams, which usually end up being around eight hours each. the moment the stream is up, there's one viewer. uzumaki11, the same username of the viewer who's constantly gifting you money.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he loves watching your streams—staring at the screen with you on it with an intensity that has long crossed the line from passion to mania. the soft, neon-pink lighting from your led lights and the striped thigh highs you wear paired with the white kitty headphones atop your head make everything feel much more intimate personal—at least in mahito's eyes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀mahito loves watching your eyes light up when you receive another gift from the chat—the same user, too. he also loves hearing you say his username over and over in thanks. "thank you..." you squint at the screen, rolling closer on your leather gaming chair to get a better look at the gifter's username.. "uzumaki-eleven for gifting me, you're a very kind soul!" you say. and that precious smile towards the camera afterwards reminds mahito what he lives for.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he likes that when you come to school, you act completely different from your online persona. socially inert, reclusive, and utterly closed off. it's a jarring shift from the cozy femboy-in-thigh-highs character you've created on twitch—day-and-night difference.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he also enjoys giving you subtle hints that he knows about your little online double-life you've been living. he'll linger by after a boring philosophy lecture, delaying himself so that he and you are the last two people left inside the classroom. "i loved the new resident evil game. heard you liked it too." he muses, maintaining a cheshire grin on his patchwork face the whole time. you hadn't told anyone you were a resident evil fan—especially not your obnoxious, blue-haired classmate—so you just assumed that one of your friends had brought it up to him or something. "uh yeah, it was.." you swallow. "..good. it's a good game, i mean."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀obsessed!mahito who will literally resort to breaking and entering. following a particularly long stream, you're left exhausted. it's not the familiar surface-level tiredness that takes over once you've gone through another one of those long, boring lectures from your professor. no, this one leaves you sluggish down to your very bones. the first thing you want to do is flop into bed—so you do—pulling the sheets up enough to keep your entire body warm.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀in a few minutes you're fast asleep—knocked out like a baby. the earlier position you had fallen asleep in—neat and orderly—has completely collapsed into a mess of limbs. the room is dark and quiet, save for the occasional sound of your soft snoring.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀mahito's at the window, peering over the sill with two heterochromic, observant eyes. he slides the glass up, enough to let his 5'11 frame through the opening, before stepping inside and scanning your room. he sweeps the place over with his eyes, examining for any items of interest. a stray nendoroid figure? nope. the teddy bear plush on the side of your bed? cute, but no. the black hoodie draped over your chair? now we're talking.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he swipes the hoodie from right off your chair, bunching it up and pressing it against his face to take a deep inhale of it. three light strides later, he's at the foot of your bed, shadow looming over your delicate, sleeping face. "sleep tight." he giggles giddily, then hopping right out of the window he left open—ready to spend more weeks, months, or even years subtly (not-so-subtly) insinuating that he knows, and maybe, doing what others would call harassing you with that information. he laughs at the idea on the frigid walk back to his dorm.
a/n: sorry it's been a while since i've written anything aside from the request i finished earlier, so it might not be up to your standards so i truly hope you enjoyed it 💔
I remember when the Yuta/Ryu/Uro episode came out, someone somewhere made a critique of how Yuta's reaction and treatment of Uro was widely different to Ryu's. How that veered into misogynistic writing choices because Gege had Yuta confront how Uro lived her life and why she was killing people now, while he not only didn't do the same for Ryu but also indulged him in his dessert mentality.
Uro and Ryu did the exact same things, taking part in a killing game and killing people, sorcerers directly and innocent humans indirectly. And still Yuta engaged with them on different levels.
That critique hasn't left me because soon after I realised that Gege was going for something completely different.
Yuta's cursed technique is Copy but with these two - on a narrative level - he was a mirror.
He treated Uro and Ryu differently because he reflected their thoughts and desires back at them. Yuta started talking about Uro's life and relationships because those are the things Uro is miserable about. That's why nearly everything he said made her angry until her hatred of the Fujiwara also reflected back at her through Yuta.
With Ryu we have this famous moment.
And Yuta was immediately: Okay, this once, I'll give you exactly what you want, your fill, because for these fights and against these two characters and for their characterisation, he was a mirror who challenged them with their specific faults and hangups.

And for me that's a really good writing choice.
