Honestly, to me personally it's Undertale purely based on the impact it made on my life.

It was my first experience with fandom, exposed me to a lot of my now favorite youtubers, was the source of a lot of inside jokes between me and my best friend at the time and overall, it was the game that started my love for gaming.

(plus it unlocked my undying love for puns lol)
