𖤐Summary: Y/n was the cat who never been outside before not till her owners butler tossed her out just because everything will be left to her and not him
A strange man walked through the door, his movements were weird like he was drunk with every step he took, he used a cane was very wobbly on his feet.
He moves upstairs were the owner of the big house was, she was messing around with feather boas, wrapping them around her shoulders, and bring them to her cat Y/n, touching the soft feathers under her chin.
"They are soft aren't they, Y/n?" The older woman says to her white fluffy cat.
Y/n only gave a meow response to the woman.
The to the room opens and in walks that same strange man.
"Mrs. Hatty." The man says, Y/n meows when knowing the man, Joseph Morris. He was a long term friend to Hatty and her sweet kitty Y/n.
Hatty picks up Y/n and walk to Joseph. Joseph's hand goes to Y/n's fluffy tail and he kisses it instead of Hatty's hand that was extended for him.
"Still soft as ever," he teases.
"You're a naughty man, Joe." Hatty says as she sets Y/n down.
Y/n goes back to her spot on the couch. Watching as Hatty was still messing with her boas and Joseph sat at the desk uncapping a pen and putting a piece of paper in front of her.
"Now then, how should we start?"
"Well, Joe, I was no living relatives and naturally I want my beloved Y/n to be always well cared and certainly no one can do this better then my faithful servant Thomas." Hatty says.
The butler downstairs in his personal servant quarters, he could hear Miss. Hatty speaking with Joe.
"Thomas!?" Joe almost seemed shocked, surprised even. Thomas stopped ironing his pants and listened more into the conversation between Joe and Hatty.
"Do you mean to say you're leaving your vast fortune to Thomas?" Joe tells Hatty. "Everything you possess? Stocks and Barnes, this-this mansion, your country house, and your treasures jewels and-"
"No, no, no, Joe to my cat." Hatty says with a smile.
"To your cat!?" Joe sounded surprise.
"Yes, Joe. I simply wish for Y/n to inherit first. Then in the end of her lifespan, my entire estate will revert to Thomas."
"Cat inherit first." Thomas repeats Hatty's wishes. "And I come after the cat. I-me after of her! I-It's just not fair." Thomas stood up fast knocking his head on the vent. "I mean Y/n had 9 lives, I can't wait 9 years, I'll be gone," Thomas whines.
Then he smiles coming up with a plan. "No...No, she'll be gone," he thinks more about the fortune he could have if he gets rid of Y/n.
"That cat just has to go!" Thomas says putting his pants on, but tore a hole into the pants.
After Joe came to help Hatty with her will, Y/n made her way into the parlor room, where there sat a couch, a painting set, and a piano. Y/n sat on the couch near the window, she made sure no one was around and turned into her human form.
She looked human, but had her fluffy cat tail and her cat ears on top of her head. Peeking out of the little mouse hole in the wall was Farah.
She came out and turned into her human form as well.
"Yes, he was, helping Hatty with her will."
"Anything being left for Thomas?"
"The house...after I'm dead." Y/n teases.
"You're getting everything after Lady Hatty passes?"
"Of course. I'm her most prized possession. She just wants me to be happy and safe, I love Thomas, he takes good care of me." Y/n says, nodding her head.
There was creak just outside the door to the parlor room. Both girls turned back into their animal forms and watched as the door opened, Thomas came in with Y/n's afternoon food.
She swings her tail back and forth, Farah hiding behind Y/n's tail so Thomas wouldn't see her.
"Ah, I figured I'd find you here, Y/n," Thomas smiles setting the bowl on the ground as Y/n jumps off the couch and heads to the fancy bowl with her name spelled on it.
She licks her lips and licks up the food.
"Sleep well-I mean, eat well," Thomas says, shutting the door as Y/n eats her food.
"Oh! I have a some cheese that would pair perfectly with that!" Farah jumps to the hiding hole and comes back with a small cube of cheese.
"See...Thomas is so kind, he takes care of me, and I wish Hatty gave him something."
"But like you said, you are Hatty's prize possession, she would want you to have everything before Thomas." Farah was right. "Oh I am stuffed, have a good day, Y/n."
"You too, Farah," Farah heads back to her hole, but she felt dizzy, once Farah reached the entrance she ended up falling on her chin, tired, asleep.
Once night came around Y/n was in her bed, tired as a rock, slept like one too, she was curled in her bed, but felt someone with her, it wasn't Hatty, no she was asleep up in the big bed next to her, this person loomed over her, and she was grabbed by the scurf behind her neck and placed in a different bed, it wasn't comfortable like her actual bed, it felt like a basket with a sorry cushion under her as a bed.
The sound of a motor bike filled her ears, the jolting movements of whipping around corners, picking up speed to dodge red lights, running possible stop signs with rolling stop.
Whoever this was was making sure Y/n wouldn't remember her way back home to the mansion.
She felt every bump the bike went over, the loud shouting of whoever cursed at anyone who was in his way or tried to cut him off. She felt the person slam on their brakes and she landed on something hard, sending the basket she was in tumbling down.
Y/n had fallen out of the basket landing in some mud, the basket a few feet away from her, the loud crack of thunder woke her up.
She shot up scared, she's outside, she's never been outside on her own at least, she'll usually have Hatty with her or even Thomas, she saw the basket and quickly went inside.
The rain starts pattering just outside her basket, and the crack of thunder.
"Oh...Lady Hatty where are you? Why am I here?" She cries when knowing she isn't home and possibly isn't anywhere close to home either.
Day came and the sound of humming woke Y/n up. She peeks her head out from the basket, she doesn't see anything at first but then she sees a gray striped tail peeking from the top of the tall grass.
The hum was soft, like a tune the voice has remember all it's life, and then out came a male cat, he was gray with stripes, piercing yellow eyes, he then turns when catching the scent of something that smells like flowers.
"Holy hell," he says. "Well, what a sight for sore eyes," he says, coming close to Y/n.
"I'm Alex...and what is a beauty like you doing out here?" He asked, taking her foot and kissing it like a gentleman.
"I'm lost or...I was kidnapped...I'm not home, and I'm far from it," she says.
"You're just looking to get home?" He sounds disappointed.
"Yes, my owner, Lady Hatty is probably worried sick about me."
"Lady Hatty? You must be one of those aristocats."
"I am." He shakes his head knowing he was right.
"Well, I don't usually help out the rich, it's mainly every cat for themselves out here, but you...my sweet kitty, you need my help. I know these streets like the back of my paw."
"Course I will. I know something that could possibly reach your destination, a magic carpet." Y/n laughs at the thought.
"A magic carpet?" She laughs earning a scowl from Alex.
"Of course," he says. And almost right on que the sound of honking told Alex his "magic carpet" was on the way. "Oh hide." He says, moving Y/n into the tall bushes.
"One magic carpet, coming up." He says as Y/n sees a car coming their way.
"That's a magic carpet." Alex jumps down landing on the hood of the car, scaring the driver to come to a stop.
"Alright, here we are," he says with a smirk. "One magic carpet." Y/n jumps in the back, Alex following close behind.
"Will this get me to Lady Hatty?"
"Not directly, but it should get us close enough to her," he smiles.
"I've never been outside before...on my own at least," Y/n starts as the car finally starts to move.
"I was taken like I said...I don't know who, but whoever did I hope gets the justice they deserve, my owner will be upset and is probably looking for me."
"I've been on my own for...since I was kitten. I've never had a home, lived in trashcan my whole life and then joining the street cats."
"The street cats? Could they help me get home?"
"I'm not sure, all of them have been on their own too."
"Could I meet them?" Y/n asked.
"I thought your goal was to get home?"
"I would like to met some other cats too."
The car comes to a stop letting both Y/n and Alex off, they jumped and walked the street and Y/n looks around trying to see if maybe she knows or recognized the street, but she doesn't.
"Anything looking familiar?" Alex asked.
"No...everything is so different or looks the same but nothing I know."
"Come, I can get us to the street cats and see if anyone might know where we should be heading."
Alex and Y/n walked for some time finding an alleyway, Alex jumping on trashcans and playing a certain rhythm almost to let everyone know it was him and not some random cat.
Cats popped out of trashcans, other coming out of their hiding places.
"Well, look what the cat dragged in," one big cat says, rolling onto his feet with a fish skeleton on his head. "If it isn't Mister Alex," he chuckles.
The other cats also chuckled and laughed, Y/n's hairs stand up on her back, she was scared, these cats don't seem nice like Alex was saying.
"Just need some help," Alex says. The cats all turned into their human forms, Alex included. Y/n watched as they spoke like humans and not cats. Y/n joins, turning into her human form which made all the others all look at her, knowing now she isn't from the streets like them.
"An aristocat." The big cat says. He laughs and the others laugh too. "You brought me a prissy little cat," the big cat laughs.
"No, I brought her here because she's lost, thinking you guys know everything, you all are so street wise, why not help this," Alex turns and gestures to Y/n. "This pretty kitty out."
"I think I've seen her before," one cat said.
"No, no crazy cat lady corner," some joked and laughed.
"This was a mistake," Y/n says, looking at Alex. She starts walking out of the alley, the street cats all laughing at her.
"Hey wait, you all where no help." Alex says, chasing after Y/n, he turned into his cat form to catch up with her, seeing her weave between people, she looked tired and miserable.
"Y/n," he calls, she stops when sees Alex's human form coming towards her. "Listen, I truly did think they'd help, they're usually never like that."
"Have they never seen someone like me before then?"
"Like you?" He was confused.
"A rich cat? An aristocat? I'm too fancy for your street cats, that they wouldn't have helped me," she was upset, rightfully so.
"We don't need them then...I'll help you get home, just you and I no help."
"I want to go back now, my owner is worried sick about me, I just know it, and there's no telling if she sent Thomas out to come look for me. I just wanna go-"
"No, you don't, you said it yourself, you've never had a home before, you've been on the streets your whole life...you don't understand," Y/n felt tears in her eyes and she starts walking away from Alex.
But he chased after her. "I know what you're saying, you don't mean it, but I will help you, I told you that, I won't leave you just because you're upset." He takes her hand. "Come on, let's look some more, maybe we can find something you might recognize."
They've walked around all day long, nothing was different, nothing changed they were still nowhere close to finding Y/n's home. The day was quickly becoming night again, Y/n let's out a yawn which told Alex they need to find somewhere to sleep now.
Both turned into their cat forms and Alex jumped from a fire escape and Y/n follows him.
"Here, welcome to the bachelor pad," he jokes, it was a run down apartment, no one obviously lived here.
Wallpaper was falling off, there were a few holes in the walls, an old rickety bed with old bedding on it, the window they were looking through and a paddle missing with cracks on the glass.
"This is your home?" She asked.
"It is when I need to sleep, other then that, I'm not here all the time." He jumps down from the window and Y/n follows, both jumping on the bed and going to the opposite ends of the bed, Y/n taking the only pillow on the bed as her own personal bed, and Alex going to the end watching her get comfortable.
"I will help you find your home." He repeats.
"I know...I'm just so worried what Lady Hatty is going through right now."
Lady Hatty sat on the couch with police in front of her, one sitting in front of her taking notes, one asking questions, one asking Thomas questions and the last one just going through the home and seeing what they could use to find the missing cat.
"I know I must sound crazy, crying over a missing cat who just might be hiding." Hatty says.
"Ma'am we deal with more crazier things on a daily, a missing cat is nothing to us-"
"But you will find her, right? She's like my child, I rescued her, she was in a kill shelter when I picked her."
"She is one of those hybrid cats, they were going through and killing them for no reason, she isn't a threat, she's just a scared cat out in the world she knows nothing about. I've kept her safe and out of the way of the real world..."
"So this is why you called us, because she's human to you?"
"Exactly. Please...find my baby."
Thomas over heard Lady Hatty and her sobs worried about Y/n and how she knows nothing about the streets, but Thomas didn't feel bad, he just hopes Y/n doesn't come back and streets consumed her.
Y/n couldn't sleep, her breathing was steady but she just couldn't sleep, she raised her head and looked at the end of the bed, Alex was still awake, he was just looking out the window as he was curled up, like he was keeping watch.
Y/n got up and walked at the end of the bed to where Alex was. She laid down next to Alex, he stops looking out the window and stares at Y/n, who was just close to him.
"I can't sleep," she says.
"I can't either," he says, looking at her, her fur was so soft, her fluffy tail fell on his side. She curls into Alex like he was warm, but she has to be warmer.
"Are you...the only cat of Lady Hatty's?"
"I am...she's tried to breed me before with other males...but I wouldn't allow them..."
"I didn't like them," she says as she licks her paw.
"Am I...like them?" Alex asked, Y/n looks up at him, she licked her paw again and sat up, she forward and licks his forehead.
"No, you're nice...sweet...and you're not giving up on me like most males would've." Alex turns into his human form and so did Y/n.
Her cute white dress was getting slightly pushed up, Alex's hand went under her dress, but his hands stopped under on her mid thigh. He was looking for permission to keep going.
His rough hands rested on her smooth skin. Y/n raised up to be above Alex, his hands slide out from under her dress and Y/n was sitting on his lower stomach. His big hands held her waist. Her hands go to his face.
"Do you want me to...breed you?" Alex asked her. Her hands go to his soft hair, she messes with his cat ears but the pull away. "Don't you know cats ears are sensitive?" He teases. Y/n just smiles and he watches as her tail swishes back and forth.
"I do, but your little growls are cute."
Alex leans forward inches away from Y/n's lips, he looks at her begging to just kiss her. She leans forward lips touching his and smiling into the kiss.
The kiss was deep, passionate, his hands roamed all over her body pulling at her dress wanting it off, his hands go under it and pulling it to her shoulders, she pulls away from the kiss and allows him to toss it to the side. Y/n resumes going back to kissing him, her hands pulling at his button-up shirt.
Messing with the buttons till it opened it and she started taking it off his shoulders. Her hands going to his belt and unbuckling it. His hands held hers and made her stop to look at her.
"Are you sure?" She just nods at him.
The next morning, Y/n woke up to being held by Alex, his arms were strong, and they held her as if he didn't want to let her go.
"Alex?" He hums when hearing his name being called. She moves his hair from his eyes. She doesn't remember much of what happened last night but just know it got really intense.
"We have to keep looking...for my home." She says.
"You're not gonna forget about last night are you?" He grumbles.
She leans down, lips pecked his. "Never."
They got up and started to keep looking for Y/n's home. They went down a certain street and immediately, Y/n knew where she was.
"T-This street, I know it, I look out to it every day in the parlor room," she starts to trot down the street, Alex behind her as they made it to the end of the street, there was the mansion, the yellow mansion that had a police car sitting outside.
"My home," she says. Alex stops behind her as she looked excited to go back home. She turns to Alex, her smiles drops when seeing his face.
"You're home now...I won't be seeing you anymore."
"Hey, don't say that...we could see each other. I'm not afraid of the streets, I can come out and see you-"
"No...your owner will more likely never let you leave her sight anymore. Take care, kitty." He starts walking away.
"Y/N!?" She turns when seeing Hatty standing in the doorway, she was in her robe and waved for Y/n. Y/n looked at Hatty, but she turns back to Alex.
Y/n felt herself getting picked up off the street, Hatty rubbing her face on Y/n's soft white fur.
"Oh you smell like the streets, come, let's get you cleaned up, oh Thomas will be so happy." Hatty says bring Y/n inside, but she looked over Hatty's shoulder still looking at Alex.
Y/n moved around in Hatty's arms. "Oh Y/n come on, let's go home." She says but Y/n escapes Hatty's arms and run after Alex. Hatty watches as Y/n stops in front of Alex.
"Come with me...come stay with us, you won't be on the streets anymore," there was then a pause. "And maybe we could have a family together."
"Y/n?" Hatty walks to her cat and the male street cat. Hatty picks up Y/n, but almost like they were communicating, Hatty bends down to the male. "Would you like to come with us? My Y/n needs a friend...I can give you a home, food, shelter, and you'll be pampered."
Alex looks at Y/n almost like he was asking if it was okay? Y/n meows as if in approval. "Come on, Mister."
Y/n was placed back down and she rubs her body all over Alex, like she approves of Alex and wants him to stay.
"Oh, THOMAS COME LOOK WE HAVE ANOTHER GUEST!!" Hatty says, sounding thrilled.
"M-More guests?" Thomas looks down, the white cat he was bound to get rid of and a street cat coming in behind her. "Y-Y/n," he swallows a lump in his throat. "W-Where ever have you been?" He says putting on a fake smile.
"I don't trust him," Alex says to Y/n.
"Huh? B-But Thomas is a good man, he takes care of me."
"No...something is wrong-"
"Sir," an office comes up to Hatty and Thomas.
"There's a motor bike outside, is it yours?"
"When's the last time you drove it?"
"And when was Y/n announced missing?" The officer looked at Hatty.
"Thomas Trent you are under arrest for kidnaping, and animal cruelty."
"Told you," Alex says with a smirk knowing he was right.
Hatty placed a new fancy collar around Y/n's neck, and placed Alex in a bow tie.
"You know Joe, I didn't think Thomas was capable of doing something like that." Hatty says.
"I knew something was there though," Joe says, pointing a pen at Hatty and the two cats.
Hatty was going to take a photo of her two cats, frame it and put it near the main entrance of the mansion, when you first walk in know who this mansion belongs to.
"Alright, now smile," Hatty says to the cats who just stared at the camera and then a big flash.
"Oh what a lovely photo," Hatty says. Hatty was careful with Y/n, since Y/n was only a few days pregnant.
Alex licks Y/n's forehead and purred when knowing she was carrying his kittens.
"Two amazing cats," Joe says. Hatty placed Y/n on the ground instead of letting her jump, Alex beside her licking her some more and purring.
Joe then hears meowing from outside the mansion. "Are those more cats, Hatty?"
"Oh they are street cats, they come by every now and then for food and almost like they are checking on sweet Y/n." Hatty says.
"What lovely cats," Joe repeats.
