You could still convince him to shower more often, but—” and she attempted to get out of Mabel’s grip “See, here’s the thing: I don’t do love. It’s not for me.”

Mabel’s eyes widen. “Don’t do love?” she asks Incredulously. “EVERYONE needs love, Pacifica.” She can’t believe what she’s hearing. As the queen of matchmaking, Mabel has always been a hopeless romantic. She believes that love can conquer all, but Pacifica? She doesn’t believe in any of it.

Dipper let out a big yawn, noticing Mabel’s drooping eyes. “You know what, go back to sleep Mabel. I’ll finish up in a minute.” He rubbed his eyes, letting out another yawn. “Yeah… Walking boots…”

“I can’t fall asleep with that light on,” she replies, rolling over onto her side and attempting, once again, to shield her eyes from the light. “That’s the PROBLEM.” Otherwise, she would have been asleep hours ago.
