The late summer sun beats down on the Johto Region, and preparations at the National Park are underway!

To promote themselves, the Park is stocking up for a full week of Bug-type catching frenzy, a greatly expanded version of their normal Bug-Catching Contest! Everyone is invited, and Bug maniacs from around the world are making the pilgrimage to participate in the event.

This event will take part over one in-universe week and two real life weeks. The spawns will shift every other day, so if you see a Bug-type you want, make sure you work quick to grab one of them! The spawns are determined from when you roll, not from when your thread started, so spawns may shift in the middle of your thread!

On the final day of the event, September 10th, everyone will submit one of the bugs they caught (of your choosing!) and the bestest bug will be awarded a special prize! A shiny Shuckle and a mystery item that will be revealed later…

Hisuian Pokemon are making their way to Global Terminal!

Around the world, spacetime distortions are popping up, bringing the Pokemon of the past to the modern day! All characters are welcome to have one Hisuian form of their choosing, but that’s not all!

Special monthly events will be held where characters can fight through Alpha Pokemon or complete other tasks to capture additional Hisuian Pokemon! The first of these events is soon to begin, so come on down to our Discord server and join us!

seeing some other questions pop up encouraged me to ask something: do you have to be up to date with the pokemon adventures/special manga/story etc. to join?

Nope! We are a game-versed group! We do accept some headcanons from the adventures/special mangas but we will not accept a character that is 100% manga based!

hello, I was wondering: what exactly does the application entail? I was thinking of joining but I wanted to make sure I was prepared, and the application mentioned in the rules confused and worried me. Could you explain it a bit?

Of course!

Our character application process requires the following:

You just fill it out on a Google Doc and submit your character in the appropriate channel when the application is complete and once approved you are welcome to begin roleplaying.

does your server use tupperbox?

We do! It's not required to roleplay within our server, minus for our chats sections which is basically characters texting each other. But everyone is able to respond to roleplays using tupperbox or just the regular method. Icons are not required as well when responding to roleplays.
