Hello~ I'm so happy to come across your blog as someone who's been into Tamon's B-side for quite a while now, thanks to the anime and the manga. I particularly enjoyed reading your post about F/ACE with idol!reader especially Ouri's part!
If it's possible is it okay to request for an Ouri-centric fic where reader used to be a long-time fan of Ouri since he was an actor but stopped liking him when he became an idol and started using his A-side frequently because reader loves prince characters and felt that his princely act felt ingenuine and was an insult to prince characters? It'd be a bonus if somehow reader and Ouri go to the same school even if Ouri does nightclasses.
Anyways, I really love your writing and thank you so so much for your contribution to the church of F/ACE
Hope you enjoy this Ouri fic! I'm glad you like my writing :D I'm glad to contribute to the church of F/ACE and honour Ouri as much as I can also not proofread since I've been working on this so long lol
Plot: You don't like F/ACE - its something you can never enjoy. It's particially due to the factor that your favourite actor had started to ramp up his princely personality 10-fold that it doesn't genuine anymore. You accidentally fail one of your projects that you have redo it by going to night classes where you run into the fake princesona yourself.

Ugh. A part of you rolls your eyes at hearing the voice on your friend's phone. The group of girl around you squeal and giggle as they show off the most recent interview of their favourite Idol group.
That group is known as F/ACE. It is widely popular among everyone your age and a bit older. The group of boys are great singers and they have pretty faces to boot. On top of those aspects - they all are unique and have distinguishable personalities that there is a member for everyone no matter what type of person you like. Even you.
"Look at Tamon!" Your friend squeals as the guy just spoke about training with his group. The smirk and charismatic personality that came off the guy could easily be heard from the screen.
"Keito! Keito!" The next friend cheers a bit, waving a lightstick that she decided was a good idea to bring to school as she watches the screen.
"Kai!" Another squeals as the silent guy spoke a singular word answer to a question.
"My angel Natsuki!!!" Your last friend squeals over the cutie looking boy who creates a heart with his fingers as he talks about how he is glad the fans enjoyed the last song he wrote.
"Ouri. How has it been as an Idol since you've moved away from acting as your main focus." Ouri. That name made you seethe with annoyance a bit, your eyes glare down towards the window as you think about the guy.
"I still don't get your problem with him, [Name]." Your one friend glances over towards your desk, her hands holding onto the phone that was showing off the interview. You glance over towards your friends, who glance over now that you are being included.
Ouri Sakaguchi, the son of a famous singer and actor. A gentleman to his very core. What is not to love about this prince?
"He is a piece of trash." You start and hiss a bit. "His princely act isn't real or genuine. Its just a stupid persona he started because he became a stupid Idol."
Your one friend places her Rintaro plushie down on the table as she stares towards you. "You watch too much anime [Name]. Of course a real prince character doesn't act the same as your fake ones."
"Tamaki and Oikawa are real princes compared to that prick!" You hissed a bit; how dare she insult your characters by comparing them to Ouri.
Your friend places her green light sticks down and gently pats your shoulder. "Be glad we are accepting of your wrong opinions. The rest of E/YES would have your body in a ditch by now." You glare towards your friend and gently swat her hand away from you.
"I don't care. It's my opinion. I can hate Ouri as much as I want to."
"Says the person with the poster and plush of him in her room.." Your one Natsuki fan friend pretended to whisper towards Tamon's fan. You glare down towards your hands.
You hate Ouri. You hate him and his F/ACE persona. You want him to go back to his old self.
You haven't always hated Ouri. As a matter of fact, you were a fan of him - you were one of his first fans.
You watched him grow up on TV as he took part in small gigs and eventually growing into a well known Actor. He was sweet and a gentleman to those he worked with. He always did his best on TV.
That is the Ouri you fell in love with. The one who always learnt from his mistakes and did his best. He never pandered towards anyone in particular and is amazing at acting.
You still cry over his first acting gig - even if it isn't that good compared to his newer acting jobs. You can't help but laugh and smile seeing the cutie.
Then he changed. You originally cheered for him the moment he announced to be joining F/ACE. You are the fan who has the original 'OuriNumber1Fan' account name. You slowly transitioned your account to include some F/ACE posts. Yet as you started to watch interviews.
Something shifted. Ouri is still a sweet gentleman. Yet something else shifted. It was like he made his personality 10 times more princely that it seems fake. He started to pander towards his fans by calling them princesses and princes. It made your stomach churn at seeing him change.
You know its probably not entirely his fault - he works for a company that probably wants him to act that way. Yet it doesn't sit right with you seeing him change to be a fake prince.
So you stopped following F/ACE. You still watch the old movies Ouri use to be in. Yet as F/ACE grew more and more. You got more exposed to the ruined image of your favourite actor that you started to resent F/ACE and him as a whole. Your friends grew into stanning and fangirling over the personas of those boys that you can't escape it in anyway. That you sometimes end up at F/ACE events you don't want to be at. So they eventually came to accept your distaste and stopped dragging you around to events.
You appreciate it - but you would never stop them at school from listening to their favourite band, its not your place to say anything. So you deal with it in your life everyday.
Though there are some days you wish F/ACE disbands...
"[Last Name]" Hearing your teacher, makes you snap out of your thoughts. He lets out a sigh, his fingers pressing into his temple. "I see you haven't been listening."
"Ah sorry sir." You sheepishly rub the back of your neck as you glance down. You grimace at seeing what the meeting was about again.
Your worst subject's project sat right in front of you with a grade that most people would die of embarrassment having.
"We came to discuss your recent grades..." You can only deflate slightly at seeing the score infront of you. "Luckily, I managed to put a word in about how hard you do work." He continues to speak. "You are able to redo the assignment if you take extra night classes to complete it."
Night classes. A part of you wants to take the bad grade to not waste your free time, but your parents will be disappointed in you not taking your classes seriously and would force you to take night classes anyways.
"Alright... I'll take the extra classes."
You stare towards your school building, you press your bag against the side of your stomach as you head into the gates.
The school felt weirder during this time in the evening, there was barely anyone around - some were only just leaving their clubs, while others were just hanging around before going out to something like Karaoke.
You now have to suffer through working on a school project that you failed. Somehow, you are the only one that was in your group that failed - which seems totally unfair since you all submitted the same material. That was until you realised that you accidentally submitted an early draft of the project and not the final one.
Then again, your teacher could have marked your results based on your groupmates, but you can't exactly argue with him. It was your fault that you submitted the wrong version of the project.
So you head inside and take a small step towards the classroom assigned for the night classes. You finally stop at the door and gently pull it open to stop and see someone you did not expect to.
The guy sat in one of the front rows, his black hair and figure was instantly recognisable to you - as both a fan and hater of this guy. Ouri Sakaguichi was in your night class.
"Did you know Tamon and Ouri go to our school. Though they do take night classes."
You feel like slapping yourself for not remembering your friend mention that to you. Though as you are lost in your own thoughts, the guy glances and sees you standing behind him.
"Hello-" You ignore him and settle yourself on the otherside of the classroom to him. A part of you inside is fangirling at the idea of meeting the actor, but you have to hold back as much as you can. You don't like this version of the guy.
While you continue to ignore Ouri. The guy's eye twitches. What is your problem with him?? He doesn't do anything before the teacher finally walks inside to greet the two of you.
And this is where you finally learn the main problem.
"With the project you both need to complete within the next 5 weeks."
The project is shit. You wished you passed, but you are now stuck sitting with mr fake prince right beside you as you scribble down the ideas for the project.
Ouri glances at you, seeing you completely ignore him as he speaks to you. He has been trying to surpress his annoyance with you. It's later than usual, the teacher headed out to grab something before classes end.
So it took that moment for Ouri to finally snap. "What's your problem with me." His words came out a bit harsher than he would have wanted - his normal personality shot out instead of his princely one.
You snap your head over to look at him, not expecting those words to be harsh. You blink for a moment before your eyebrows furrow a bit. "My problem with you?"
"Yeah. You've been ignoring me all evening. I don't want to do this project as much as you do. So we should just get it done." Ouri had finally snapped fully, which had caught you off guard.
You stare at him before taking a deep breath and continuing. "I don't like you. because you're a fake prince." You stated simply.
"Huh." Ouri continued to stare you down so you continue to explain as you write the assignment, taking your eyes off of him. "You are a faker. Your forced personality pisses me off so much." His eye twitched a bit at mentioning that. "You annoy me so much. So that's why I don't like you."
There is more to it, I mean you don't like F/ACE in general because it changed him a lot and turned him into this fake persona.
Ouri stares at you. This is all because you don't like his stage persona?? Seriously? If that all it took to make you actually listen to him if he dropped it for this project. Then at least he can get it done and you leave his life. The two of you don't need to interact again.
"Fine. I'll drop it." You glance back at him for a moment at hearing that. "Then we can get the project done." You nod slightly in agreement.
The real Ouri was different from what you expected. The louder, prideful Ouri is nothing like the prince you thought he was.
He had anger issues for one, he held himself high and never stood back from an argument with you about the project.
Its been 3 weeks since starting this assignment with him and you have been having genuine fun talking to the guy with his fake personality no where in sight.
You ended up inviting him over that weekend, you only have a couple of days left for the assignment to be finished.
You hear your doorbell ring - luckily your parents were out shopping - but they did give you permission to invite friends over. So you open to be faced with a gorilla mask.
You blink and slowly let the guy in, once he came inside, the mask came off to reveal Ouri. "How do you breath under that thing? It looks stuffy... and you look like a weirdo."
"It's so I don't get recognized in public going to someone's house." Ouri glances at you as he took off his shoes and places the head on the side table. He walks inside your home as you move to lead him towards the living room for the two of you to work on your project.
The two of you sit on the ground as you start to work back on the project. As an hour goes by. Ouri gets up. "Where is the bathroom."
"Down the hall over there." You point over before focusing back on writing. Ouri gets up and heads down the hall before realising you didn't specify which door. So he opens the first one he sees.
As he opens, he notices it is infact not the bathroom, but your bedroom. He moves to close it quickly before something caught his eye. The poster of him during the time he was an actor was pressed against the wall. His eyes drifted down to the small plushie of him. He stepped inside and picked it up. The plushie was the first one that was made when he joined F/ACE.
Ouri glances at the room, small poster boards were placed by your desk, all pictures of him during his acting days.
"What are you doing?!" He turns towards the door - as smug as ever at seeing your face plastered with a red tint.
"So you are a fan of me-" Ouri would be faced with a pillow thrown at his face. It was one you brought from the living room. Though it didn't stop him from teasing. "You like me. You're one of the princesses-"
"No I'm not." Your face grows a darker red as you glance at him. "I was your fan. When you were an actor."
Ouri stopped a moment of his teasing at hearing you admit that. Though a part of him hurt at hearing the 'were a fan'.
"You changed once you went to F/ACE, I'm happy you are enjoying yourself it seems. But I couldn't support you. You changed into that... fake prince personality..." You had to admit, it was never F/ACE nor the fact it was he was using a fake prince personality.
It was because he felt even more out of reach when he changed. More people crowded around him to praise his achievements in F/ACE and F/ACE alone. Most never went back to cheering and talking about his acting.
It was like only the new version of himself mattered to the public eye.
"I felt like you left me." Those words slipped out of your lips before you stopped them. You blink and stare down at the ground, those words finally leaving you, caused your body to relax as you realised that you never fully understood why you hated him so much until now.
"I know parasocial relationships aren't real and I shouldn't think of them... But I supported you for so long." Tears brimmed at the corner of your eyes and it was a struggle to push them back that they started to fall.
"I felt like the world got rid of my Ouri..." Your hand moved up to wipe away the tears that formed around the corners of your eyes. Before you knew it, a set of arms wrapped around you, holding you for comfort.
Ouri held you close to him as you let the tears fall. "I must look stupid..." You sniff and laugh softly as you slowly hold him back.
"No... you don't..." He holds you close, the tips of his ears burning a shade of red as he lets you finish your crying as you cling to him.
"Thank you... for supporting me for so long."
You glance to him to the best of your ability as you pull back a bit from the hug to look at him in the eyes. "Without fans like you... I would have never become an Idol... so... thanks..."
You stare at him as you sniff and smile a bit, your tears slowly drying up. "Of course Ouri... I'm glad I could support you when I did..."
"Ouri! Ouri!" You cheered in front of the stage. "Ouri!!! Go! You're amazing!!" You scream out towards the group as you continue to see the group of boys move to the music.
Once the break came. Your friends walk with you as you snap a couple of photos of the life size cardboard cutouts of the boys - mainly Ouri.
"Man what happened to our Ouri hater." One of them jokes as she holds her fans that contain the words "Tamon" written in bold. While your Natsuki fan friend was focused on taking her own photos.
"So what changed your mind?" Your friend asks you as she opened her compact make up to fix up the green themed make up. You glance up at the group of friends.
"Oh I still hate him." Your friends stare at you at hearing those words.
"But I can still support him. I mean, he is just evolving and improving himself in this career." You hum a bit as you glance towards the picture of Ouri. "Even if I don't like his personality change on stage... I still want to support and show him my love."
You think back towards your hotheaded friend, a light blush settles on your cheeks as you can't wait to go on your date with him later that day.
"Because I am the number one Ouri Fan after all."
