Moon in the Sea Jirachi

2023… that was the year this idea first began. I’m continuing my goal of revisiting and finishing old concepts I couldn’t complete back then.

This piece already had most of the background and the moon done, but when it came to Jirachi, I think I got overwhelmed or wasn’t sure how to work them into the scene.
