He really tries to act like this grumpy and extremely serious writer but deep down he's loving all that show, isn't he?

Matt recorded more lines for this level but it looks like they aren't random but need a specific trigger instead - maybe we can't be hit by the Taken or die or whatever - and because of that many players won't hear all his comments on the musical no matter how many times they play it. So I did a thing and they're available here, in case you want to check them out. 😉

Trench and Darling are by FAR my favorite characters of the game (and as you can tell by my URL I definitely have a preference), I'm obsessed with these middle aged weirdos and can't stop editing them, so more content coming soon!

Sam Lake: To me Ilkka Villi is physical actor of Alan Wake and Matthew Porretta is the voice of Alan Wake. That is who Alan Wake is. There was never any question of Alan Wake being portrayed by anyone else.

Matthew Porretta: This is how it works: Ilkka would paint a picture and then he'll send it to me, and then I'll paint a little bit on a picture and then I send it back to him. There's this kind of collaboration we do. And it's very rare that you see us in the same place together. It's singular and it's ours.
