Reading a ** Steve Marriott biography is soooo confusing because it's completely made of quotes from family, friends, peers, etc. who all say he was the kindest man, a liar, cruel, sweet, victim, abuser I'm like. Okay. Tea.
Edit: I know people contain multitudes but this the thing the quotes kept mentioning like this man confused everyone in his life. There's a whole page dedicated to arguing about whether or not he actually burned his school down. We still don't know.
** changed the to a, I forgot there is more than one biography.
Just over five foot tall you say 👀👀👀

Ian mclagan and ronnie wood, April 1975
here's a kid who only knew ukulele chords (and was taught to be a drummer solely for this movie in 1963)
mainly a singer and harmonica player, he later (quite reluctantly) learnt how to play the guitar for the small faces by 1965
'So like it was me, Kenney, and Ronnie. We needed a guitar player because I was basically an upfront vocalist who played a bit of harmonica. And we kept asking people to join the Small Faces - no one would join a group with a name like that, very funny. [Imitating someone] "What's the name of it?" [mumbles in response] "Small Faces"...so I had to play the guitar because we couldn't find a guitarist that would join [the group], it was simple as that really. Oh, I'm glad now! Now I really enjoying playing [the guitar].'
