64 calorie soup
Ingredients
All purpose flour- 2tbsp (48cal)
Bouillon cube- half (7.5cal)
Water- 1cup (0cal)
Siracha- 1tsp (1cal)
Seasonings of choice- (0-3cal).
Instructions
First poor your water into a small pot, and put the bouillon cube in.
Wait for about 2 to 5 minutes for the bouillon cube to simmer in the water.
While the bouillon cube is simmering, with the all-purpose flour you want to add a bit of water and make it into a dough make sure to not add too much or it will become liquidy while it's boiling.
After you finish making the dough, you can make it into any shape like noodles pasta but I just put it in blobs and put it in the soup.
After you have put it in you add the sriracha and any seasonings that you like make sure to not add too much or it can go out of your calorie zone!
And you're finished! I love soup it's really low in calorie and it's quick to make! Also the soup can also be less than 64 calories depends on how much ingredients you put and stuff! Anyways have a good day luvs bye! <3.

Sooooo... I ate like 75 calories today, and didn't binge!!! Like I always binge! I'm like so happy that I made it lol. And most of the food I just chew and spat, so ya. I didn't even feel hungry too. I have a cold, so I have like no appetite either. I felt rlly dizzy and weak today but it was definitely worth it! Anyways sorry for not posting for sooooo damn long, I've been busy with school etc. Now that it's summer I'll try posting daily, or at least actively!!! <3
