Is there any legend of korra update blogs that aren’t biased toward ships and just keep it professional by posting korra updates? I just want an account to follow without all the fandom ship discourse attached to everything.

Apparently some mako stans get upset when they finally find mako centric content and realize the creator ships makorra. Like… what exactly were you expecting? Mako is easily one of the most hated characters in tlok, so why are you acting shocked that most of the people still consistently creating content for him are shippers?

Most active mako fans are obviously going to be makorra shippers, wuko shippers, or people invested in some rare pair involving him. He does not have this massive solo stan community carrying endless character focused content by itself. The reality of the fandom should’ve made that obvious already.

If you hate seeing makorra attached to mako content that much, then make your own mako centric posts instead of complaining that the only people keeping his fandom presence alive are shippers. Acting surprised that mako content is mostly coming from makorra fans at this point is just goofy.
