I'm so proud of how my 2022 looks like. I drew so much, I played with styles, I learned new things, and I drew two pages of comic to a project that I now have physically on my wall.

Art-wise, a year that was strong as hell.

I also forgot that going through Tumblr often takes a lot more time than Twitter -due- to the way people are more involved in longer forms of text. I don’t know how to describe it but damn.

Still, glad that so many people I follow on Twitter can also be found here. I was talking with a friend about how yes, there are a dozen websites who do the same/similar thing as Twitter - but the challenge lies in trying to migrate such a mass into one direction. People splinter off, trying to find what works for them.

Okay one more post for the night. This is the big project I’ve been working on the past couple of months! We’re getting ready to release a Warcraft fan comic anthology about the Dragonflight timeskip. I’m lead editor on this, I’m handling book design, I did the cover… I’m guiding ~18 artists each working on 1-4 page short comics themed around slice-of-life Azeroth.

5 years, 15+ comics. What have the heroes of Azeroth been up to since the end of the 4th War? This new comic anthology collects stories from over 15 artists, each showing a snapshot of how their characters have spent this period of reflection and rest. Releasing 11/20!
