#we like presidents that don't get impeached #and don't lose elections #and aren't racist #and aren't narcissists #and care about the environment #and understand that without immigrants the US is nothing #and don't start wars of distraction #and can balance a budget #and don't tear down entire wings of historic buildings for a legacy project to himself #and don't gut foreign aid programs that literally result in thousands of deaths #and doesn't add his name to an arts center that is a memorial to a previous president #and doesn't surround himself exclusively with lackies and toadies #and isn't a convicted sexual predator #and don't have to run out the clock on criminal charges and win an election to avoid going to trial #and believes in climate change and the risk it poses #and don't feel enriching himself and his family and friends is just part of the perks of holding office #and don't lie so much that it's not even newsworthy any more #and can stay awake during public events and meetings #and isn't showing signs of dementia #and don't think that wind generators cause cancer #and understands that respect for others and showing human decency for all are valued traits and not weaknesses #and don't need to create a private army that operate outside the law in the name of “immigration reform”#and isn't a sexist pig #and don't want to date their own daughters #and don't treat Congress like his pawns to act on his will and not for the will of their constituents #and don't hold fights on the White House lawn #and don't put his name and picture on money and government documents as a way of “celebrating the 250th birthday of the US”#and don't accept $400 million bribes from foreign governments and then personally take the plane for himself at the end of his term #and don't bilk their supporters and followers out of billions of dollars with junk crypto-currency schemes #and have some tether to reality

All you need to know about election interference in the US

2020: Huge disaster for election integrity. Fraud and interference at every level.

2024: No widespread allegations of fraud.

Run-up to the 2026 mid-terms: HUGE concerns again.

Oddly all these fraud-laden election years have happened when Republicans were in power. The 2024 election, under Biden? No problem.

So what's the other common thread? They lost (or fear upcoming losses).

Heads I win. Tails you cheated.

It's not about "election integrity". It's about maintaining power through any means.
