Finally finished painting Lauka Vai, the Mother of Nightmares.
Picked up these four from Etsy, with the goal of having some sci fi minis specifically for PCs in RPGs. On the two red ones, I was aiming for a retro "non-toyetic" look; in particular I was thinking of "2001" and "Alien".
I thiiiiink this is the last of my Flesh-eater Courts models? Other than the Royal Zombie Dragon that I'll get around to eventually.
I'm back on my Gross Hungry Bois bullshit. (Seven photos of my Flesh-eater Courts models.)
Phew. The last of my Stormcast for a while.
These were so fiddly, but worth it.
A critter from Malifaux, proxied as an Abhorrant Ghoul-King.
Figuring out that I could drybrush directly over black was an absolute revelation.
A few years ago, I ran a D&D campaign where I made heavy use of miniatures. This is Aliel, an NPC dryad the PCs befriended quite early on.
An attempt at Blanchitsu. I'm really happy with how he turned out!
Boudikan Destruktizon, the Motivational Noise Marine!
I bought into Warhammer: Age of Sigmar near the beginning of second edition. Bought a lot of Stormcast Eternals. ... They then languished, unpainted, as I started and abandoned paint scheme after paint scheme.
Then, like three weeks ago, I had a sudden breakthrough, and banged most of these out.
The Knights of the Crucible have existed in my notes for a very long time; I finally have a test model for them.
@undauntra and I started yet another new Space Marine chapter, the Sunset Wing. None of these have turned out quite how we want; experiments are ongoing.
Painted up a few models from various ranged to use in Trench Crusade.
