HELP ok so this requires a little backstory for those unfamiliar with bendee lore

According to a partially lost comic as well as the intro sequence to bendee 8, bendee gained his powers falling into toxic waste

So while he's 'in costume' the costume part is mostly just the black hoodie and boots and studf . Given bendee can be seen with a mouth multiple times, one can assume that the black appearance isn't some sort of full bodysuit, but rather Just How He Looks thank to the ooze

Therefor ...

Anyway to answer your question as to why its green specifically , i just thought it looked cool . Just like making feddpires fangs pink . Tossing a little bit of color into a rather colorless character
