The Autonomous-Doll-Like Villain; OH Killer, OH Killer.

With the ability to take control of electrical appliances, equipment and transport and morph them to her will (within reason) through the use of her electrical cord-esque “hair.” However, this seems to include Heroes and Villains with electrical systems running through them?

Despite possessing an amazing ability, her physical appearence drags her down. Being somewhat frail and small (standing at 4′2″), she often relies on her corrupted minions. Even worse is that she’s only able to have at max 4 at a time, though this is somewhat mitigated by the fact that size isnt a factored issue.
