Yes, people are sadly still hating on Dorothy and Relena. I wish they’d just get over it. I’d be receptive to the 1x2 and 3x4 pairing more if a lot of times, it didn’t come at the cost of sabotaging these characters. I’m practically a fossil in this fandom, but I can still remember all the threats I used to get in my email when I started writing 1xR and inserted 4xD in my fics as if it was yesterday. /smiles bitterly

I’ve hit this wall in my writing but I am doing a lot of re-watches. Just at my own leisure and reminding myself that despite the bad I encountered among the fans, there are a lot of things about the story that I love.

I need GW flavoured hugs

I recently (yesterday) joined a gossip board for GW fans. Being a rabid 1xR fan, amongst others, I was literally jumping for joy at having found a community I can take part in. I miss being able to talk about what makes me happy. The second I mention that I might like yaoi outside of the website (it’s het and yuri only) I was made to feel like a terrible human being. One child even wrote about how Tumblr are all crazy people who want to stab you in the back and conspire to force their “belief system” (WTF) on you. And how if you state that you like yaoi, you’re just trying to make yourself look better.

I can’t deal with that level of crazy. I’m out.

And people thought tumblr users were a few screws short. Tumblr, despite our differing opinions, our varying fandoms and preferences, I have never had a bad experience with you. I’ve met some downright wonderful people on here and some of you have become great IRL friends. Keep being you, because why should you be anything else? Love you, tumbls.

As a new mod there and dealing with occasional attempts from hackers because of your public bad mouthing and waving the “victim card” I seen the post that you started to create fanwank and you’re a creative fibber I’ll give you that. Your joining up as “PeachandBetty” and then after involving the most of the members in your drama you caused with one member which you escalated, seriously all you had to do was contact an admin and not drag everyone else in with you by acting so self entitled, you said you would leave but chose to hide your status and lurk, so your account got deactivated, you just kept breaking all the board guidelines like you are some special VIP. You then rejoined as “LivvyLovvy” and then after snooping and trolling the board into thinking you were a new member and who knows what else you did, you deleted your account. Since I always found that suspicious and the admins could not figure it out and let it be, I thought to check first thing as a moderator both of the  IP addresses and who would of thought it? they both matched exactly your location and numbers. Which I will provide screen shots of comparing the match. If anyone needs further proof I will gladly provide it.

You joined with the intention of stirring things up, you joined secondly to snoop the board, disrespected members that had no part in your drama, and go and spin your mess out of control on social media to the fandom, no wonder people chose to stick to private boards like BlissfulIgnorance back in the day so they don’t have to get stuck up shills like you trolling them under the pretense of sharing the same interests. The board was to avoid ship wars since it was focused on unconvention and unpopular pairings, and there is still plenty of bashing of characters and ships even now on Tumblr.
