Prince Harry loses case against Daily Mail in full....the whole case is thrown out.....
The £50million phone hacking case brought by Prince Harry, Doreen Lawrence and a raft of other celebrities against the publishers of the Daily Mail was today dismissed in full.
Daily Mail reports today, Feb.26, that King Abdullah and his son/heir did NOT meet or make time for the Harkles at all...apparently, they are protecting the good relationship they have with Charles and William, and the Harkles are pretty much nobodies, with no royal or governmental gravitas as they are not part of BRF anymore or on an official royal tour...this now sets a precedent for other countries to ignore/avoid the Markles for the same reasons, if they so choose...their nobody-ness certainly became evident in this case....
Meghan Markle's series With Love, Meghan 'won't be returning to Netflix for another season'
Daily Mail, 20/1/2026, 00:31am updated
Meghan Markle's heavily-promoted Netflix show will not be returning for a third series, sources have claimed.
The Duchess of Sussex debuted 'With Love, Meghan' in March, offering lifestyle tips from inside a rented £5million mansion near her Montecito home.
But insiders have now told Page Six that the 44-year-old's pet project won't be up for renewal - after the Duchess called it 'a lot of work'.
One person claimed: 'It is not returning as a series. There have been conversations about holiday specials, but there's nothing in the works yet.'
Another source said: 'People will see similar cooking and crafting on Meghan's socials for the brand, but more bite-sized.'
Insiders explained Meghan would be concentrating on building her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
Following its launch, 'With Love, Meghan' quickly came under attack from reviewers who described it as 'gormless lifestyle filler' with a 'tangible desperation'.
The show ranked number 383 among all of Netflix's productions, with 5.3million global views in the first half of 2025, according to the streamer's official engagement report.
On the review-aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes, it received an overall 23 per cent approval rating.
The show has seen Meghan joined by top chefs including José Andrés, Roy Choi and Alice Waters, as well as some of her closest friends such as Chrissy Teigen, Mindy Kaling - and her mother, Doria Ragland.
The Duchess opened up about her love story with Prince Harry during series two, which was released last August, and also talked about her family with the celebrity guests on the show.
She revealed that it was Harry who said the 'L word' first and added that she really understood that she was falling in love with Harry, who she calls 'H', on their third date, which was a safari trip to Botswana.
The Netflix show was filmed in a rented home in Montecito, close to the Sussex's own mansion.
Although Prince Harry and their children Archie, six, and Lilibet, four, came along to watch filming on a number of days, none of them features in the show in person.
Prince Harry did appear fleetingly in the final episode of series one.
Meghan previously said in an interview with People in March that she opted not to film in their Montecito home to 'protect [her family's safe haven'.
Netflix said Harry & Meghan, which came out in December 2022, was a huge success with a total of 23.4million views, making it the most viewed documentary ever through its first four days and reaching the English Top 10 TV list in 85 countries.
But With Love, Meghan failed to break into Netflix's top ten programmes - or even the top 300.
However, the Duchess said at the time: 'We're proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As ever brand.
'My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.'
Although a series renewal does not appear to be forthcoming, this has not dampened the Duchess's spirits as it was claimed earlier this month Meghan would release her first cookbook for adults in 2026.
The Daily Mail revealed ‘Tips and tricks' about hosting at home were expected to form part of the product.
An insider said: 'Meghan is looking at a cookbook for early 2026 and there will be more lifestyle products coming in the spring'.
The Duchess of Sussex will widen the As Ever range she sells, especially in candles and homeware, the insider predicted.
Her wine offering is also expected to expand beyond her bottles of white, rosé and sparkling.
Meghan is known for her love of a full-bodied red wine - her former blog The Tig was named after one - with a California cabernet sauvignon rumoured to be in the pipeline.
But she will move away from her crepe and biscuit kits, which were among the first products she produced when her business launched in March 2025, the Daily Mail's source claimed.
Meghan's cookbook, likely to include recipes from her With Love, Meghan series plus other favourites she has devised at home, would be her first for adults.
When she moved to the UK after falling in love with Harry, she wrote the foreword for Together: Our Community Cookbook in the wake of the Grenfell fire disaster in London in 2018.
She has also written a children's book, The Bench.
'2026 is looking like another big year for her. There will be more wine and definitely more homeware too', the Mail's insider said.
'But she will ease off selling her biscuit and crepe kits'.
A representative of the Sussexes was contacted for comment.

Naomi Osaka was the hostage for Markle's Netflix Christmas special which has been skewered by all the media reviewers and even people adding their own comments after the reviews....virtually all of them (being a glutton for punishment, I went and read a good dozen+ reviews, some of which were really, really funny about Markle and the show itself) mention Osaka looking like she'd rather be anywhere else and how uncomfortable she was as Markle tried to play Martha Stewart Version 2.0..
HILARY ROSE -- The Times
Meghan’s getting ideas above her (yoghurt parfait) station
Early morning hosting with the Duchess of Sussex on Instagram? It’s one minute and 21 seconds of total barking madness
Hilary Rose -- Tuesday November 25 2025, 11.00pm, The Times
The hostess with the mostess … and her “special” yoghurt parfait
Look, I really didn’t want to mention the M word. It’s taken me a while to recover from a Montecito mini-movie called “seasonal sips” in which Meghan gamed ideas for a “cosy warm beverage that everyone can enjoy” and came up with “tea”. We learnt that making a whole pot is a good idea and that boiling water is easy, and at that point I had to have a little lie-down.
Imagine my delight, then, when a friend who clearly hates me sent over a link yesterday to the Duchess of Sussex’s latest attempt at world domination. “Early morning hosting with As Ever,” the Instagram video begins. What follows is one minute and 21 seconds of total barking madness, so we might as well start with the “stations” as anywhere else. Our heroine is shown in someone else’s house, hosting hypothetical friends, assembling a “yoghurt parfait station”, three words that in most countries would get you sectioned.
“You could do a yoghurt parfait in a normal bowl,” she informs us, decanting jam into a hideous glass cruet thing that she found, inevitably, in a vintage shop, “or you can make it a little more special” — and here the camera closes in on a champagne coupe filled with yoghurt and nuts, over which she drizzles honey. There’s a breakfast “station” for waffles and another “station” for pancakes, and an array of artisan bowls filled with everything from cream and jam to bacon, cheese and soft fruit. The whole exquisite, bonkers tableau of “easy holiday hosting — because you don’t need to stress to impress!’’ — must have cost thousands and taken a team of people days to set up, and that’s before we get to the script.
• She learns! She grows! Meghan Markle is making my generation cringe
“I like leaving some of the fruits whole,” she says, picking up a raspberry, “and the rest sliced in half.” This is, we learn, about presenting things in a way that feels “a little more enticing”. We learn that if we don’t want to make pancakes, we can buy them. She tells us that kids love breakfast “stations” and also that said stations solve the problem of all your guests having different breakfast “preferences”: they can choose one that speaks to them and help themselves.
Then again, what do I know about being the hostess with the mostest? I neglected to marry a prince and have only just moved into a house big enough to have people over. Maybe my friends are, even now, wondering how many stations I’ll be providing at breakfast.
All of Meghan’s stations, though, and maybe even the halved raspberries too, are but a prelude to the main event. Wearing a cream knitted outfit, our heroine picks up a cream knitted oven mitt, opens someone else’s oven and says the following: “My favourite thing for breakfast for a large group is quiche.” Apparently, and I swear I’m not making this up, nothing makes people feel warm and cared for like early morning quiche. In keeping with the theme of “easy holiday hosting” the idea seems to be that you get up at dawn to make a quiche, then go back to bed while you wait for everyone else to wake up. “You can leave it out if you know people are going to wake up,” Meghan says, “otherwise just write a little note reading ‘Morning! Help yourself! Quiche is in the oven!’”
• Is Meghan beyond parody? You’d think so, watching Spitting Image
What on earth is the endgame here? To be an Airbnb superhost? She gave an interview to American Harper’s Bazaar last week that began, for reasons that never became clear, on an archaeological dig. Maybe she’s hoping for a slot on Time Team if the yoghurt stations don’t work out. According to the article, the woman who doesn’t care about titles, as she once told Oprah Winfrey, had staff announce her arrival, in an empty house, to an audience of one, with “Meghan, Duchess of Sussex!” What a pity the state trumpeters couldn’t make it. I could have wept at the bit where Meghan agreed that women in the public eye get a lot of flak if they’re multidimensional. Then again, maybe it’s only if one of those dimensions has a yoghurt station.

Prince Harry could eventually lose his title like Andrew — ‘would not be surprised’: royal source
By Sara Nathan -- Published Nov. 4, 2025, 5:20 p.m. ET
Palace sources told Page Six they “would not be surprised” if Prince Harry eventually lost his title just like his uncle Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — aka the man formerly known as Prince Andrew.
Their warning for Harry, 41, comes as British politician Rachael Maskell has relaunched her proposal for a “Removal of Titles Bill” which would give King Charles and, eventually and crucially, heir-to-the-throne Prince William power to remove hereditary titles.
“If they pass these bills, I would not be surprised if Harry is the next one to go,” one well-placed royal source told Page Six. “I would not be surprised if William does that … he’s not a vindictive person, but he feels very let down and it’s always much more difficult when you are let down by somebody close to you.”
We have reached out to reps for both William and Harry.
The brothers have not spoken in more than two years and sources close to William, 43, have made it clear that he was left furious by Harry’s 2023 memoir, “Spare.”
The book included accusations of the future king physically attacking his younger brother and of Kate Middleton being one of the senior royals who made alleged “racist” remarks about Harry and Meghan Markle’s children, among other claims.
Royal writer Hugo Vickers has said the brothers’ estrangement is so great that William may not even invite Harry to his coronation.
“Harry must be quite scared,” a palace insider added of MP Maskell’s proposed bill.
it was shot down after she first introduced it in 2022 — and has now re-emerged with the Andrew news.
Harry, the son of King Charles and Princess Diana, was born a prince and his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, made him and Markle Duke and Duchess of Sussex on their wedding day in May 2018.
But Harry and Markle agreed not to use their HRH titles for commercial use when they left the royal family in 2020.

Although Andrew settled out of court with Giuffre in 2022, he has never been charged or convicted of any crime.
Page Six was told the decision was made by the king, but that William fully supports his father’s decision.

Hollywood has ‘soured’ on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: sources
By Mara Siegler
Published Nov. 4, 2025, 7:41 p.m. ET
Is the Hollywood show over for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex?
A Hollywood source tells Page Six that when it comes to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, “There is not only no appetite left for them in LA, but they’ve also worn through any good will they had.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have blown through any goodwill they had in Hollywood, says a source.meghan/Instagram
Another source tells us, “People are sick of them, the act has gotten stale.”
Netflix recently downgraded their deal with the high-profile pair. The couple had originally signed a $100 million multi-year deal, which was just renewed as a first-look deal.
A source tells Page Six that the couple have no finesse when it comes to business.
“They’re just hopeless in professional settings,” says the source.
We’re told Harry even allegedly showed up late to a Netflix meeting, and then asked an executive for a cup of hot chocolate.
This is apparently his go-to beverage of choice. The story echoes a similar claim made by a Spotify employee who told Vanity Fair that Harry asked for the same drink, but, “There was none in the office, so employees scrambled to obtain some.”
The report also claimed: “An idea was pitched to Harry — what if he reviewed a hot chocolate every week while chatting with a different friend… which he and his team considered and rejected.”
(The pair had reportedly signed a three year, $20 million deal with Spotify that ended in 2023 after one season of Markle’s show “Archetypes.” Markle had a podcast called “Confessions of a Female Founder,” with Lemonada Media from April to June 2025.)
Markle, who starred in two seasons of Netflix’s “With Love, Meghan,” has her own challenges, we hear.
“She’s convinced she’s smarter than everyone and dismissive,” says the source.
Another source tells us that Markle is the one in the couple who “controls everything.”
The January 2025 Vanity Fair story quoted an anonymous person who worked in media projects as saying the experience dealing with Markle was, “really, really, really awful. Very painful.”
“It was unfair, what could their staff truly do about it?” a source told Page Six previously. “The sources were anonymous and things could not be refuted.”
A Hollywood Reporter article in September 2024 claimed that staffers are “terrified of Meghan.”
“She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible,” the source close to the couple said.
But it’s not all doom and gloom for the former royals.
Another source told Page Six in July that the pair are working on more TV shows. And industry sources had already told Page Six that Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos remains a huge fan of Harry and Markle and regularly dines with them.
Their first look deal is similar to the one the Obamas have with their production company Higher Ground.
Markle noted this during Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington in mid October, calling the new deal an “incredible sign of the strength of our partnership.”
She also called it, “exciting because it gives us flexibility to go to our partners first, then at the same time, shop content that might not be the right fit for Netflix but has a home somewhere else.”
The couple had a hit with their “Harry & Meghan” docuseries, but the “Heart of Invictus” and “Polo” documentaries got less attention.
Markle also has her As Ever line, which just dropped some holiday items.
A rep did not comment.
The real reason behind Harry's flamboyant return to the UK...
The reason behind Harry's flamboyant return to the UK
"However, the bigger piece to this for Harry is his inheritance and that of his children. Before they so destructively left, Harry was set to inherit quite a large sum, as Charles’ second child" - (from the article)
I strongly dispute this! The Monarch as a rule will not leave any money to other than their direct heir. The reason for this is that if they leave their inheritance directly to their heir and successor they will not have to pay inheritance tax to the State. The only person in the UK who is not subject to inheritance tax is the Monarch.
So this article is misleading to say the least IMHO
Understanding Inheritance Tax
Inheritance tax is a levy paid on the estate (property, money, and possessions) of someone who has died. In the United Kingdom, this tax plays a crucial role in the country’s tax system, designed to redistribute wealth and contribute to public finances. Typically, inheritance tax is charged at 40% on estates valued over a certain threshold, currently £325,000.
The Royal Family’s Unique Position
The finances of the British Royal Family, a symbol of tradition and history, have always intrigued the public. This intrigue extends to their engagement with the UK’s tax system, especially in relation to inheritance tax.
Unlike most citizens, the Royal Family benefits from certain exemptions under specific circumstances. These exemptions allow the monarch to be legally exempt from paying income tax, capital gains tax, or inheritance tax.
Special Agreements and Exemptions
The Royal Family’s exemption from the standard inheritance tax rules dates back to an agreement made with the government in 1993. This agreement states that the Sovereign is exempt from inheritance tax to prevent the dilution of the Crown’s wealth and ensure the continuity of the monarchy’s functioning. For instance, when Queen Elizabeth II inherited the estate from her mother, the Queen Mother, in 2002, it was exempt from inheritance tax.
However, this exemption is not blanket. It primarily applies to assets passed from one Sovereign to another, not to other family members.
Did King Charles Pay Tax on Inheritance from The Queen?
No. King Charles III did not pay tax on the inheritance he received, after his mothers’ passing in 2022. This is a result of a private agreement, made between the British Royal Family and the government in 1993.

Okay... What part does some of the media not understand by just looking at what happened with Charles's siblings? 🙄 How hard can it be to research? What one was to expect, and even I as an American understand this, is Harry was to become a working royal, be granted in some way a very suitable living establishment, and so then to be paid 'royally' each year from the sovereign. Not sure I said that right, but that was always what I believed. I am not saying I think Harry will not inherit something one day from somewhere... But he is the one who "stepped back" and it should have been a given that the perks for the job would be gone. His own family history does prove so with Edward VIII and he was an actual king. 🙄
There are stories of even Princess Margaret's family selling off some things after her passing. Is this more PR from Harry's team?
Thank you @bobbydoguk for the work you put in to share the detailed research. Heading to your link now. ❤️

you are right, Dflogerzi, from what I'm reading here....the Monarch aka the late Queen and now KC3, receive money from the govt for the upkeep and activities of the RF WORKING members and then doles it out to the WORKING members of the BRF...so Anne, Edward, William, Duke of Kent, Duke & Duchesss of Gloucestershire, and others help to support the monarch with activities, appearances, overseas trips, business & foreign govt. representation, etc.... expenses such as utility bills/rent/staff costs, travel expenses, car maintenance, etc. are covered...if you are NOT a WORKING member, as I understand it, you do not get money from this sovereign grant...so BRF members such as Andrew, Harry, Beatrice, Eugenie, Sarah Chatto & Lord Lindsey (Margarets kids), Zara Tindall, Peter Phillips may make occasional appearances on behalf of the Monarch but are technically not "working" members....from what I've learned previously, they probably don't receive any Sovereign Grant money which is why they each have to earn their livings from jobs, being influencers, or endorsements/sponsorships such as Zara is from her horseback riding career by a ££££ watch company....remember that virtually all members of the BRF benefit from and have access to trust funds and inheritance schemes that were set up decades ago dating back to Victoria and monarchs since, so none of them will be on bread lines...it would be up to whatever current monarch may want to make an allowance for them out of whatever personal money (inheritance or trust fund money) that they themselves benefit from...the Queen Mother left inheritances to all her children, grand-children, and great grandchildren even if they weren't born yet...Diana left inheritances or trust funds for W&H plus possibly some god children....HMTLQ & PP, and Charles will also have this set up similarly for their passing as well...for some, the money left in trusts or via inheritances may not enable them to live the £££ lifestyle they expected/wanted, such as Harry & Markle, and Margaret's son was left her house in Mustique and wound up selling that for millions (it was never clear why that I could find) possibly to support the custom furniture business he created....Harry crying poverty has nobody to blame but himself -- he was amply and repeatedly told the ramif-ications if he stopped being a working member and moved to America, he and Markle believed the b.s. from marketers and branding professionals as being in line to make "billions" from shows, books, endorsement deals, product placements, etc BUT this is before everybody got a load of what a difficult, self-serving, ego-centric, piss-poor business worker Markle is....that bloom came off the rose fairly quickly and now the two of them are the human equivalent of nuclear waste and nobody with a brain cell will work with them....they have probably burned through Diana's inheritance to Harry (which would have grown substantially in value over the 35+ years it was invested), and the Queen Mother's trust for Harry (again, growing in value over the 20+ years since she died)...allegedly, reports were that both sources of money together could have been worth as much as £40-£60 million but his could be inaccurate.... anyway, apologies for this lengthy post but I have alwayss been fascinated by money and how intelligent people get stupid around it and how all the wrong people have super-super-wealth and just screw their lives up because of it....
Reconciliation? I just watched the King give his State Banquet speech about the UK and the USA - curious he never mentioned his second son American daughter in law and American grandchildren are living in the USA. by u/daisybeach23
Reconciliation? I just watched the King give his State Banquet speech about the UK and the USA - curious he never mentioned his second son, American daughter in law, and American grandchildren are living in the USA. If ever there was a talking point for the King in his speech, he could have mentioned his direct family ties to the United States of America. And he opted not do. This was deliberate. PS...Trump just praised Catherine in his speech. "So radiant. So Healthy. So Beautiful." post link: https://ift.tt/1Srfqdw author: daisybeach23 submitted: September 17, 2025 at 10:13PM via SaintMeghanMarkle on Reddit disclaimer: all views + opinions expressed by the author of this post, as well as any comments and reblogs, are solely the author's own; they do not necessarily reflect the views of the administrator of this Tumblr blog. why would KC mention Harry and Markle who do NOTHING but bring dishonor, embarrassment, and screw-up failures on themselves.... they are not shining examples of members of the BRF living honest, successful, and complimentary lives in the US....he was SMART to not refer to them at all in any manner, shape or form.....
Nail in the coffin' for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's $100m Netflix deal was poor sales of her As Ever wine

Another 'nail in the coffin' for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's $100million Netflix deal was that her Napa Valley wine 'isn't selling', an insider at the streaming giant has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have also fallen out of favour with A-listers, especially the former Suits star, MailOnline's source has said.
'No one in Hollywood rates them anymore or wants to be around them, especially her', the insider said, adding: 'People are bored with them'.
Netflix, who have been her As Ever brand's business partner, is believed to have declined to renew the couple's $100million five-year deal in September after their two most recent shows flopped.
The Duchess of Sussex has 'had everything going for her' but the viewing figures for With Love, Meghan have still been 'dismal' and there will be no more shows made, one insider has said.
Meghan's lifestyle show failed to break into Netflix's top 300 programmes for the first half of 2025 and was even thrashed by multiple seasons of Suits. While Harry's passion project documentary Polo ranked at a disastrous 3,436 out of 7,000 shows and was only watched by 500,000 people.
Netflix has been working with Meghan to launch and promote her products, some of which have been made by their preferred suppliers, including her jam.
MailOnline's insider at the streaming giant has said that Meghan's rosé, which promises to 'capture the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments', has not been a huge success and this was another 'nail in the coffin' for the $100million broadcast deal. 'The wine isn't selling', they said.
Meghan has most recently launched a range of wines but a Netflix insider has claimed the sales have been poor
Netflix will not be renewing their $100million deal with Meghan and Harry after her latest show struggled with poor reviews - but they may keep them on side if the worst were to happen with their relationship, it has been claimed
Commenting on As Ever's claims the wine sold out in an hour, the source added: 'It's small batch' - meaning it was only ever produced in a small quantity.
Netflix believes the launch has shown that 'there isn't a demand for her wine from a mass market point of view' and this means a bigger and more lucrative supermarket or department store deal is 'unlikely', the source claimed.
Customers had to purchase a minimum of three bottles for $90 or six bottles for $159, and 12 bottles for $300. This mean there was a minimum spend of $119, as buyers were also charged $20 for shipping, plus taxes.
2025 has been billed as the year the Sussexes would relaunch. As well as Meghan's new TV show and lifestyle business, the couple have been out and about at concerts including multiple Beyonce shows.
There was also a flurry of activity on Meghan's Instagram account, including a number of personal family video such as twerking when about to give birth.
'Meghan hasn't posted on her own socials for nearly a month', MailOnline Netflix insider said.
'The issue is that there's no consistency and people are bored with them. Many stars go silent and in the background are building their brand and equity but it feels like Harry and Meghan are losing their way even more.
'The Netflix deal not being renewed will have a big impact on them as they are running out of options of who will work with them and reap in the future.
'As Ever has a good fan base and a strong database of subscribers to its newsletter but consistency is key and it's not delivering on this so people will quickly be bored and the novelty is wearing off now for most'.
MailOnline has asked Netflix and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to comment.
'There's no animosity from either side', one source told The Sun.
'Things have just run their course.
'Netflix execs are well aware Meghan's priority now is her own brand, and they won't play second fiddle to that'.
Meghan Markle shared a series of cosied up snaps of her and Prince Harry enjoying Beyonce's Cowboy Carter tour as their public appearance increased
She also posted a video of her and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital room ahead of Lilibet's birth as part of a flurry of Instagram activity
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's hopes of a new Netflix deal are 'dead', a source was quoted as saying earlier this week.
The Duchess of Sussex has 'had everything going for her' but the viewing figures for With Love, Meghan have still been 'dismal', an insider at the streamer reportedly said.
A second season of With Love, Meghan, was announced by the Duchess herself as the first season came out in March this year as part of the couple's $100million deal with the streaming giant, which expires this year.
But a Netflix source has claimed: 'This deal is dead.
'She had everything going for her—name, platform, press—and the numbers were dismal.
'They're just waiting for the credits to roll. They're letting it expire without drama. There's no appetite for anything new.'
Former executive editor of the American edition of Ok! magazine, Rob Shuter, has claimed that the streaming giant will not offer them a new contract once it concludes.
'The interest just isn't there anymore. They went from buzzy to background noise', a Netflix source told Mr Shuter.
Meghan Markle show with Netflix, With Love, Meghan, was a relative flop, new official figures reveal.
Meghan celebrates the announcement of her second series despite series one not making it into Netflix's top 300 shows of 2025 so far. But a source has claimed that Netflix are 'waiting for the credits to roll' on that series and will not renew

Some experts have even claimed that Netflix will want 'to keep a vague hand in' with them in case Meghan and Harry ever split up, so they can get in first with a docu-series on a divorce.
There are rumours that they could leave the door open for one-off projects with the Sussexes, although apart from their fly-on-the-wall documentary, Harry & Meghan, most of their shows have been considered flops.
MailOnline has asked Netflix to comment.
As Ever, which showed Meghan cooking, gardening and hosting friends, was outperformed by hundreds of shows in the first six months of this year.
Millions more people watched repeats of Suits, which made Meghan Markle a star before she met Prince Harry.
Its 5.3million viewers put it roughly on a par with the second series of BBC hit Peaky Blinders, a 2007 series of Gossip Girl, kids show Grizzly and the Lemmings and a true crime show called Worst Ex Ever.
Yesterday MailOnline revealed how two of North America's leading brand experts have claimed Meghan Markle is a 'fraud' and As Ever is all about 'milking' her fame from marrying Prince Harry to 'sucker people into buying her stuff'.
Canadian lawyer Phillip Millar and California marketing executive Camille Moore, stars of popular The Art of the Brand podcast, believe the launch and concept of her lifestyle business has been one of the worst they have ever seen.
'I love sh***ing on people who suck. Meghan Markle sucks as far as I'm concerned', Mr Millar has said.
'It [As Ever] is run by a confederacy of dunces working on this platform that is just maximising the value from her fame that came from Suits and being a part of the Royal Family and they're just milking that for everything they can'.
Millar and Moore, who have advised big businesses including Mercedes-Benz, L'Oreal, Olaplex, Dior, Van Cleef and Air Canada, say Meghan's business has been a 'royal disaster'.
Mr Millar believes that As Ever lacks authenticity because he claims that Meghan is 'pretending' to be a domestic goddess and most people don't believe it. But he added that the people who have rushed to buy her wine, jam, crepe mix and tea shows 'how gullible a lot of consumers are'.
Canadian lawyer Phillip Millar has branded Meghan a 'fraud' and says As Ever is about 'milking her fame and royal connections
Canadian lawyer Phillip Millar and California marketing executive Camille Moore, stars of popular The Art of the Brand podcast, believe the launch and concept of her lifestyle business has been one of the worst they have ever seen
Camille claims she has taken 'zero ownership' over the brand
Her jams sold out immediately. She has denied this was a stunt
He said: 'She's not substantial. I'm agitated by her so much because it is a deliberate misrepresentation of what she is because she thinks she can pretend to be that while actually being this and sucker people into buying her stuff and every step of the way she's failing because it's not legitimate. It's not intelligent. It's not well executed.
The experts have claimed that her new lifestyle brand is not built on 'substance'
'There was nothing about her brand that was good from the start to a distinguishing eye. She was a fraud what I can see from the beginning who was just using opportunities to advance herself. Her brand wasn't one built on substance. It was based on using people.
'They're not executing anything well on any show on anything. But it shows how gullible a lot of consumers are'.
Mr Millar said that investors including Netflix appear to have failed to ask serious questions of Meghan before the launch.
'People who consider themselves smart because nobody ever questions them are running this business and telling her to use a playbook that works for products where scarcity matters. Confectionery scarcity doesn't matter.
He added: 'There's an egocentric approach to it that if you achieve some level of celebrity, you think you can build a brand, but that's the start of your brand. You can make short-term money from it, but it's not a long-term strategy'.
Phillip believes Meghan has failed to see what she really is - a 'disruptor' rather than a homemaker.
He said: 'Her brand should be I'm a disruptor. I go into TV. I make noise. I go into the Royal Family. I make noise. She should brand herself as a rebel, but she's not consistent with what she is.
'She should be a disruptor and sell products that are not that expensive and that represent disruption, but that audience is not spending a lot of money'.
Ms Moore said Meghan is responsible 'for really probably having the worst brand execution to date', adding: 'She's had zero ownership in this business. It's effectively like she's just like labeling her brand'.
She added: 'I feel like she's doing such a brutal or good job, depending on how you're looking at it, of getting this like free PR and then absolutely s***ing the bed'.
“But Christmas is family and if Andrew can do Christmas, Meghan can do Christmas”.
Except she will not be comfortable having Christmas with people she has malign. QEII’s funeral was hell. And she hasn’t seen anything yet.
She doesn't have to spend Christmas with them. She just has to do the Christmas walk.
if she does the Christmas walk it will be show that she and Harry are still together and she will probably charge KC3 £1million to do it...remember the trip to Australia, "I can't believe I'm not getting paid for this...."
She's forcing you to buy 3 bottles at a time for 30$ a piece of untasted, unreviewed wine.
Her stupid Squad is buying it...
a squaddie receipt they have to prove their allegiance.
I cannot even imagine. First of all, Rose is about the lowest on the spectrum of wines I have enjoyed. For 30 dollars a bottle you can buy a very nice bottle of merlot or cabernet. Gosh, even a nice chardonnay would be preferable.
Funny to see an update that her sugars have gone from supporting charities in her name to now purchasing alcohol to bolster her pocketbook. I am guessing however that there is not a huge interest by people outside of her fan orbit. I could see it if these were a deal... but wines can easily be found for under that price that are quite nice. Thanks for the share, interesting.
you can buy a decent rose for about $12 and up, even the rose that Brad Pitt and his ex-Angelina made at their winery in France, Miraval Provence Rose, runs £19/$26 and has won many wine awards over the years since being created, you at least know you're getting a quality rose...
