I want to cry lol I do not understand. we literally paid this off, at the end of last month I paid them the remaining balance I owed and it's like it was eaten up and meant literally nothing. I went through their own accounting and apparently they're right but I don't understand why the ledger we were able to see on our side would show me as having paid it off??? I feel insane and stupid and I legitimately do not understand how this happened bc I've run the numbers so many fucking times.

we got a note on our front door earlier saying we were late THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT WE OWED LAST MONTH that I not only asked you guys for helping paying off, but I literally did pay it off. I don't understand at all. we've been paying everything we owe this whole time but I cannot argue with their ledger laying it out and i don't have proof of missing payments or even know when or where they would be. I already do not have much money left to live off of for the rest of the month and this means another year of doing little to nothing for my birthday lmao
