It’s the one year anniversary of Tommy’s exile. We’re having a little celebration today, to commemorate the start of him becoming better.

I can’t believe it’s been a whole year and he’s come so far already.

He’s going to get better as the years go by, too, and I couldn’t be more excited. Maybe there’ll be a day I won’t have to punish him, where he’s perfectly obedient and good no matter what.

I’ll miss punishing him, though, it’s so… satisfying.

He finally gave up the compass. Finally.

It took a bit of resistance, he’s still so terribly attached to Tubbo, but we can fix that. I’ll just have him kill Tubbo, I think. It’ll be perfect, and I’ll have some reason to lure everyone there and get jailed.

And maybe I’ll even get Tommy put in prison with me :)

He won’t have to be alone, and I know Sam will put us both in the main cell, both of us being such high priority, so there won’t be a single doubt I can keep by him.

It’ll be even more perfect than before.

Tommy’s unsure about blowing it up.

It’s not like he’s disagreeing, no, but he’s apprehensive about it. Something about if it’s really necessary, and he just kept spluttering when I asked him why he’s so dead set on keeping the thing that hurt him so much alive.

I… might have hit him. It’s okay, though, he thinks he deserves it. Taking the mask away had him more distressed anyways.

Ranboo knows it’s Tommy.

I don’t know how they know, but they do. Really, one life down isn’t that hard, and I think they lost another at some point during some stupid squabble or whatever on the main server. I haven’t been keeping up, honestly.

If I kill them this time, they can’t tell anyone :)

I’ve invited them for a little ‘mission’, and I’m going to kill them. I’ll make sure Tommy doesn’t see, and I’ll tell him that they were killed by one of his dear little friends.

Maybe I’ll make it Quackity, he’s… well, he has a propensity for killing people. He tried to have Technoblade executed, and Tommy saw that. You know who else he wanted to execute? He wanted to execute Ranboo for being a traitor.

I think I’ll grace him and do the job myself. I just have to find the right time.

I sent Tommy on a little trip with Punz to check out the new factions around the SMP. Punz doesn’t know it’s Tommy at all.

Good.

I sent them both to check out Kinoko Kingdom, Las Nevadas and whatever Snowchester is. All I know is Kinoko was made by George and Sapnap, maybe Karl? Las Nevadas is almost entirely Quackity, I’ve seen Foolish building around there lately, Sam sometimes. Some weird green thing too.

Snowchester is… well, I have no idea. It’s barely anything right now, but it’s good to have preliminary information.

I need a reason for people to want me in prison.

I can’t have Tommy put me in there, he’d just break the acting too easily, be too attached to let me go without a fight. He can be played off as the poor manipulated little protege of Dream’s who thought he was doing the right thing, anyways.

Ranboo has their place, keeping watching, giving an opening for Techno to get in.

Puns has his place too. He’ll be my ticket back to power once I get out, I’ll have all my items and everything still, he has the originals, I’ll just have replicas.

He’ll also be the reason I’m able to get arrested at all.

Have him be the conscientious mercenary who I hired to help me and then bailed out on the actual job the moment he realised it was messed up. And so he’ll lead them right into the whole trap I set. It’s perfect.

I just don’t know where exactly Tommy will fully fit in except as a next in line. Maybe a co-admin if he’s good enough later on.

He thinks the whole prison thing is a stupid plan, apparently.

Which I can understand, I think he’s just more concerned with losing me. I told him during that time he’d be trailing Punz, though… well, I don’t know exactly how long Punz is willing to stay onboard.

He’s been… doubting me.

Tommy might fare well on his own during that time, though, and I have Technoblade’s favour to get me out of there so there’s nothing to worry about. It’ll work.

I let Tommy in on the plan, finally, on how to unite this stupid server.

Not because I really care about unity, or peace, but it’s so much easier to control people when they’re not fighting each other constantly.

I need them to stop fighting to control them.

I’m their god and I get to dictate what they fight for, when they fight for it and how they fight for it. They don’t know that yet, but the guise of an admin needing to ensure his server doesn’t fall apart is good enough as any.

Either way, nobody will get between me and my Tommy :)

Tommy performed well during his outing.

He didn’t speak, too, Ranboo said it was creepy how silent he was the entire time. It’s funny that someone’s finally able to sneak up on an enderman and it’s Tommy of all people. Loud, unable to be stealthy Tommy.

Oh how they’d love to see how much I’ve improved him already.

Apart from that, I have the books required and some more, and Ranboo gave me two of the totems before leaving.

I sent Tommy out on a small trip with Ranboo.

Hopefully they’ll both get along, since Ranboo works for me and Tommy’s obviously my dear little protege. Ranboo seemed almost jealous when I told him about it, actually, it was funny. I sent them out to a mansion to gather some totems and books.

They know what they need to get, it’s a three day trip but it’ll be worth it. There’s some books on enchanting people I need.

They don’t know that, though.

We talked to Sam.

The prison will be finished by January, he’s finished the entire exterior now including the wall regeneration mechanisms to stop anyone from just mining in or out. The alarms are connected to it too.

They’re loud though, extremely so, but it’s not like anyone really cares, they just think it’s another sound trap or whatever.

Progress is going well, regardless, and soon I can make my warden.

He asked. He thinks he’s just having nightmares, it seems.

That’s alright, I can protect him from bad dreams, I’ll be the only dream he ever has and then he can’t complain of getting nightmares ever again. Or, he can, because I can’t have him questioning me and thinking I’m cruel.

Ideally, once I’ve perfected him, none of this will happen again.

I think we’ll pay Sam another visit soon.

Shield work is done, he’s picked it up almost instantly now that he can properly use a sword. We had a small fight, just a mock one, and Tommy held his ground.

A month of continuous work helps immensely.

I’ve been working with conditioning him still, which the training seems to be helping with. He views himself almost as a tool if he isn’t breaking the rules, which wasn’t intended but anything to help with my goals.

He’s a tool, in a sense, regardless.

I did have to punish him a few times, drowned him in the sink once because he was just being an annoying little shit. Locked him in the room for a couple hours. Harming potion once.

Did the job. I can just convince him it never happened if he asks.

Training is going well. Tommy finally has a good grasp of how to use a sword, even managed to get the upper hand in a fight for a few moments.

I’m impressed. I keep saying he’s a fast learner, but he really is.

He can throw his weight around perfectly well, his footwork is amazing and he’s good at shielding with his weapon rather than using a shield for it. Disarming as well, and dodging weapons. He’s fast on his feet.

Maybe that’s just because he’s so skinny now, but he’s always been on the lankier side anyways, this isn’t much different.

I’ll continue with this for now.

Combat is going well.

His form is much better, basic technique is good with a sword, but he can’t exactly hold his own against me still, which is the end goal. Expected at this stage, obviously.

I’ll have him try and incorporate a shield once he’s gotten better with just the sword.

For now, he’s still got room for improvement with his footwork and throwing his weight around like he does. That’s good, weight is a useful tool, but it’s not properly focused, which is the issue.

Apart from that, I gave him a reward of some extra food and some new flowers for now. He’s been good.
