It's been 4+ years, when will it get better?

So my mother has been gone for 4 years, 4 months and 6 days. She died at age 60. It started with an upper respiratory infection, progressed to a sinus infection and then her kidneys started failing. She couldn't eat because her appetite disappeared and nausea and vomiting over took her and no one was nearly as worried about her loss of appetite and her not eating until it was far too late and the damage was done. She developed wernicke's encephalopathy in April 2014 and by September my mommy was gone. I became a motherless daughter at age 40.

Before she got sick with the respiratory Infection that started everything, my mom worked full time at a factory. She was happy and lively and funny and she loved to read. She was my very best friend and I miss her every single minute of every day.
