This piece was inspired by/is almost a redrawing of "Estigmas" By Fabian Chairez (pictured below)

Harrow's outfit is inspired by a priest's vestments, she has an alb, stole, and the lychtor robe works as the chasuble

Harrow's stole has embroidery on it, consisting of;

* the stone of the locked tomb with chains over it, based off the locked tomb symbol in nona

* a nine pointed star, for the nine houses

* and the alpha and omega symbol from catholic tradition, which represents many things; John being the beginning and end of them, John and Alecto, the resurrections being the beginning and the end of humanity

Gideon is wearing the clothes she is described as wearing when renamed and repositioned to Kiriona Gaia

Gideon's wreath has blossoms as described in Nona. It consists of finger bones, lotus flowers, and forget-me-nots

* According to the old farmer's almanac the lotus flower stands for purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration, and rebirth

* Forget-me-nots stand for true love's memories, and state Do Not Forget me :)

Some of Harrow's fingers are beneath Gideon's wreath, purposefully trying to get past it to get to Gideon herself. not what John has made her

The blue under Gideon's skin is an attempt to emulate blood pooling/showing how cold she is

Gideon has her canonical wounds; the one on her chest with teeth, and the one on her throat, barely peeking past the neck scarf

Gideon also has Stigmata, as inspired by the painting this is based off of

Stigmata in catholicism are wounds or marks that resemble those which were caused by the crucifixion of christ
