Journaling

Journaling helps air signs put all of the clutter in their mind on a paper it's gives a sense of clarity so they can revolve their thoughts around it, also it can be a big release for them it's like taking a weight off their brains ( which they might be trying to achieve through substances). To be very specific in journaling if air signs have to write down for expressing their emotional desires they have to write it off the bat!!!

NO FILTER no need to write oh I wanna manifest this mindset, oh maybe I shld write nice words!! What if these are affs..nono I shld write my desire reality..nono lemme write some affs ughhhhhhh NOOOOOOO!!!!

Writing what's not truly on ur mind will load up ur brain by suppressing what is in ur brain, Do not modify ur thoughts on paper just go raw.. modifying is a big no no for this sign u won't manifest in the ways others do leave that work to others and don't force positivity on ur brain or on paper be natural and just release in the most authentic way possible

Goals can be written by firstly writing what do they desire and how do they think they can get closer to it - go with flow charts for solutions or ideas and it's ok if while reading this you don't know what your goals are. Take it step by step and start by emotional writing

Meditation

Now again a clarity that they thought they could get from substances!! Meditation will really help them focus start by 5min a day and then gradually increase. For initial levels try guided meditation and then without any music or guided video. Though you will reap best results by journaling and meditating altogether

Sound medicine

Simply listening to certain sound frequencies or even meditating to them can help them heal and gain clarity as this can be useful if they are prone to music addiction already. You can try soundcloud

Drawing/painting

Air energy is naturally expressive in nature and it doesn't always have to be words, sometimes their art speaks volume u can try drawing or imitating any art u find attractive u can experiment or do anything as this is very thereaupatic and healing for the mind

Social media detox/ stopping binge watching

This is to give ur brain a pause or relief although many air signs naturally hit a phase where they stop consuming entertainment, it's considered a part of the development process and henceforth they can become selective with info they are feeding into their brains

Making to do lists

Air signs are often loaded up with thoughts hence they are prone to forgetting things although they might mistake it for Alzheimer but that's not really the case. Therefore creating a to do list will remind them of the tasks also don't add more than 5 tasks otherwise the brain will be overwhelmed and u r more likely to discontinue the practice

Other steps can include writing blogs (like me), solving jigsaw puzzles, algebra or some basic math stuff, coloring and painting, singing or acting, writing stories or anything they like, reading good quotes, philosophies.

Core essence

First let's know what is developed air energy, it simply means if u have air energy in ur birthchart u r handling or channeling it in a beneficial/appropriate/useful way rather than being overwhelmed and falling prey to mishandling.

Air energy is very potent and not knowing how to utilize it will create a personal type of hell for the individual. Air energy is intelligent, transcendental,creative and communicative. It's (or the individual possessing it) supposed to guide the world or at least the individual to the desired direction

Signs of underdeveloped air energy

Overthinking / Indecisivenese

Air energy is all in the mind or brain so individuals tend to have lotta overthinking, countless thoughts of past, present and future this can further lead to anxiety and later on depression ( if u didn't know depression is a result of suppressed or extreme anxiety)

Coffee/Caffeine/ substance addictions

Individuals often are drawn to substances and addiction simply because of the calming or brain shutting down effect it has. All signs can be addicted just different reasons for air signs it's the silence of thoughts for a moment. In case of caffeine (which too is a drug btw) it's the energy boost given to the overrunning brain so now it can overrun for a while with energy and hence the individual gets addicted as they are already used to overrunning mind and find that energy comforting so it's like an upgrade for them.

Music addiction

Underdeveloped air signs are not used to calm so they constantly need somthing in the background to feel at home cuz for them it's the default setting hence comfortable. They often get overstimulated by music still they don't seem to stop cuz of the dopamine effects on brain. how to get started

grab your notebook, and sit down in a quiet moment with enough time so you won't stress even more. The point of a brain dump is to unload all your thoughts, everything that is stressing you is put to paper. not aesthetically, no cutesy Pinterest vibes; we need it plain, unromanticised, and personal.

some prompts to get you going

do I have any deadlines coming up?

have I been making time for myself and my hobbies?

what projects, tasks, appointments, and/ or plans are currently stressing me out?

It’s okay to be something different

whether you like it or not, YES, obsessively reading love/your person/crush/FS/etc. tarot readings is bad for you.

even if you’re just reading them for fun (like i was), you have to really think about it. first, every reading you click on requires some kind of energetic connection with the reader. if you read/watch multiple of these things a day you’ve got a bunch of strangers all up in your energy all the time and that’s just not going to be a good thing. buying personal ones is included in this.

youtube randomly recommended me a video of a woman explaining that we as clients come to these readings because, most likely, our situations are so unfulfilling or confusing so we seek answers through tarot. this is natural imo and isn’t a sign of bad character or anything, but we have to accept that some things are meant to be a mystery to us. beyond that, a tarot reader (especially one doing PACs or collective readings) can only pick up on the energy of the querent. the other person’s energy cannot be picked up on without consent, which means that tarot readers read your energy and the way you interpret your person’s energy. this means that if you see your person as hot-and-cold and are holding onto hope for a connection that clearly isn’t working, the reader is going to tell you exactly what you’re thinking because the only way that 3rd party person’s energy can be accessed is through the footprint it leaves in your aura.

not only does this mean that — if you consume these readings often — you’re consistently getting told a false one-sided narrative, but it also inherently establishes its own reward system that keeps you coming back for me. for example, you tell yourself that your person likes you (and maybe they do!) but they’re scared of their feelings for you which is why they ghost you. when you receive a reading that says this, it affirms to you that you were right, and the reading was “accurate”. worse than that, these readings and your dependency on them can easily be used to justify clinging on to a relationship or connection that isn’t working. your person goes cold and you run to a tarot reading basically to be told that there is some hope, actually, and now instead of dealing with the difficult feelings that come with romantic disappointment and growing through that, you’re stuck in the stagnant state of waiting for reality to match up to the picture in your head. realistically, the healthiest thing for you to do is move on from this person and work on yourself.

this isn’t to say that all tarot readings are terrible, because i don’t think that at all. tarot can definitely be a great tool for self-discovery and just for getting some direction in life. i also don’t think there’s a problem with doing love readings for yourself as long as it’s not constant and obsessive.

if you find yourself looking for affirmation from these readings, you should instead shift your focus to readings about your shadow self, where you need to grow and heal, and other things like that. we cling on to these lackluster connections because of something in our past that makes disappointing people attractive to us. i know a lot of you on here are very defensive about your precious PAC readings, but the fact of the matter is that you read them because either your love life is nonexistent and you have to consume what is essentially self-insert fanfiction to cope (i’m not coming for you bc i’m in that camp) OR you do have some connection with someone but they are falling short or disappointing you in such a way that direct communication is not possible and you have to turn to an outside source for some kind of answer.

at the end of the day, if you actually care about yourself, you’re going to have to do the (very hard) work of finding security in yourself and who you are. these readings and any relationships you have or aspire to have are never going to replace that. and frankly a few of you seem to put too much weight on the meaning of these readings. i remember someone said they don’t bother to put any effort into their current relationships anymore because they “know” their current partner isn’t the one bc it doesn’t match up to what they’ve read in FS readings. at some point you need to use your common sense. the readings get hundreds of notes and thousands of views and there’s no way you can rationally justify making decisions like that based off of something meant to apply to everyone who watches and not just you specifically.

i’m making this post because i’ve stopped consuming readings like this and i actually feel so much better mentally and spiritually. they actually are fully capable of making you completely delusional as well, which in some contexts isn’t exactly a bad thing but it’s not a great state to be in when it comes to your interpersonal relationships. ultimately i hope that i’m able to at least of few other people break their pattern and kickstart a genuine healing journey.

I made a post a hot minute ago about Korea being specifically the arts being linked to Neptune. And seeing that Neptune in Pisces high key started the globalization (the idea even) of many Korean based arts, it's not going to chill out until Neptune dances its way into Aries.

‍♀️Speaking of Neptune in Aries, we can expect a drastic change in media, the likes and overall expectations of the entertainment industry (that includes physical and digital artists as well). Since more "warish" "rough/hospitable" countries are ruled by Aries we could see the rise of heavy metal, folk (that includes heavy drumming not the more gentle one that's Cancer's domain), and loud, rough music.

🐍We would see a change from fantastical beauty being the standard to people who look like they've seen some shit. There would definitely be a decrease in cosmetic surgery HOWEVER it might also be an increase in steroid usage (everyone wants to look strong).

🐍We could also see more wars, aggression and overthrows during this time. The last time Neptune was in Aries was the mid 1800s. That was a time of government overthrowing, revolts around racial/ethnic inequality (Haitian Revolution, Civil War, Qing dynasty getting jumped, etc etc).

‍♀️I haven't really seen people talk about Uranus since last year so I just wanted to talk more about what this Taurus and future Gemini transit means.

🐍We have already seen banks and economies crashing. It's only been a few months of Uranus in Taurus and financial stability is looking like a whole joke. While this may not seem big to some or others may be looking forward to this, it's a very big cautionary sign. Since the world does rely on paper/coin currency having banks and whole economies flat line doesn't just mean we'll have some communist revolution, it means we'll have to quickly adapt to a skill base trade or watch the world go up in flames. We could see more wars, famines and disease due to this. I haven't seen anyone touch on the increasing tensions in the world due to the high inflation rates. Yes I mentioned more wars in the Neptune observation but with it corresponding with the current economic instability, yeah. We do have to learn trade/life skills because other things are becoming obsolete.

🐍Another Uranus in Taurus observation is the increased use in technology. You might be confused why this is being mentioned with Uranus and not Pluto, but I'll explain. Taurus is linked to stability and comfort (very similar to the 2nd house), and due to the ease technology gives many folks, it's not surprising we see more and more being used. This leans more into Uranus in Gemini, but AI technology will (for better or worse) become integrated into everyday life. That means communication will change drastically because teachers most likely won't be mostly humans but AI and robotic. Many languages might end up fully dying out by the time Gemini Uranus comes around because no one will be writing and verbalizing them anymore. In the near future I can already tell people will get more lazy in certain aspects leading to a decline in creativity and diversity. Because why should I have to think harder and be uncomfortable when there are things available to do that for me. We could see the rise of more mega cities (think Tokyo) due to human population clustering in certain areas and leaving others. Honestly the thing I can see happening and kinda fear is lack in biodiversity leading to us just cloning to make up for life lost.

‍♀️I said in a previous observation that Aquarius is linked to Nuerodivergence and now I figured out how. It relates more to the "physically visible" ones. I'm taking Tourettes, Epilepsy and Alzheimer's.
