Nothing external has power over your awareness. ⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢
You understand it at a surface level and then go right back to asking “Well, this method must be the best because it worked for them!” or “Why didn’t I shift last night?”
Food for thought: do you really get it? How bad do you want it?
If you truly grasped this concept you wouldn’t be waiting for “symptoms.”
If you truly grasped this concept you wouldn’t be chasing the validation of this reality.
The answer is in plain sight: You are the only power here.
Remember when you were a kid learning how to ride a bike? Those training wheels made you feel safe, they made you comfortable, you thought you needed them to stand tall.
But frankly, they were holding you back.
Training wheels don’t teach you how to ride a bike. They teach you how to ride a bike with training wheels.
Methods don’t teach you how to shift. They teach you how to shift with methods.
Helpful? Of course but are they required? No.
Some people can shift with hours of scripting, detail, and visualization. Others shift by simply deciding “I’m already there.”
In the end they’ll have the same outcome. Why? Because they believe it works.
The 3D isn’t fighting you. If you’re waiting for signs in this reality to prove that you’re close, it tells the universe that you’re still attached—and it’ll mirror that attachment right back at you.
Every “blockage” you experience comes from the same place.
You.
Your dominant thoughts, assumptions, and feelings.
Stop asking “How do I shift?” Instead ask “what would I be if I no longer chased what I already know.”
You don’t need the validation from symptoms, success stories, dreams, and aspirations.
Just decide you already have it.
The moment you stop giving your power away to the 3D, to worry, to methods, you become unconditional. Because the truth is: There was never anything outside of you to overcome.
There is only you. You already have the power, stop acting like you don’t.
Happy shifting. ⋆˚࿔

The Art of Slow Living: Regulating the Nervous System ˗ˏˋ ꨄ ´ˎ˗
A life where there’s no need to rush.
A life where you can take the time to notice almost every detail about the clouds in the sky; where you can use your senses to their full capacity. One that you can focus.
A very desirable and achievable life.
Slow living goes hand in hand with regulating the nervous system. A dysregulated nervous system is way more harmful than it sounds. It signifies a state of imbalance between the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) systems. This can manifest physiologically through fatigue, dizziness, chronic pain, seizures, partial paralysis.
Choosing to slow down in a world that’s constantly rushing is also self care ₊ᰔ ⋮
I read this from somewhere, i think maybe a post on here: everything in the world seems to be sped up, there are sped up songs, sped up videos and people in their twenties complaining about being old.
Sound baths ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Sound baths are known for their soothing and healing effects, which can have physical effects such as muscle tension, headaches, and pain. This is my personal experience so it may not be the same for everyone. Here you practice breathing and meditation, even without the sound baths. My favorite channels are: chakra vibrations ⁺₊⋆⁺₊ healing vibrations ⁺₊⋆⁺₊ irene athanasiou ⁺₊ ⋆⁺₊
The healing powers of nature ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Some say humans were meant to live in pure nature, and I can’t say I fully disagree, since we thrive in it. The sea, the trees, the grass, the soil, the sand, and the air all contribute to a balanced and healthy nervous system. Nature engages the senses, which can ground the nervous system and improve body awareness. Just being in nature alone can reset your nervous system.
Digital overstimulation is real ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Reduce constant screen time and set intentional limits. Replace mindless scrolling with reading, journaling, or simply observing nature. Your feeds often promote the need to rush, whether you’re watching influencers or seemingly motivational quotes online that really just make you question why your life is moving at the pace it is.
The blue light from screens interferes with the body's production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep. So try this at least before bed. The constant stream of information from digital devices can keep the nervous system in a state of hyperarousal. A digital detox removes this constant stimulation.
Additionally, constant notifications and fifteen second videos can cause an artificial spike in dopamine. Unplugging allows dopamine levels to return to a more stable baseline, which can help reduce compulsive behaviors. It’s okay to be quiet! You may use your phone to get rid of your thoughts, not even realizing that these constant rush of thoughts are caused by your device. A detox provides silence.
An Anti-Inflammatory & Fibrous Diet ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Said a million times but still true; what you eat contributes heavily to your how you react and respond to certain situations. Say you eat nothing but unhealthy, ultra processed foods for the entire week, there’s no way you’ll feel good. You will have an energy crash, you will experience inflammation and digestive issues. If you change your diet, you will notice better skin health, you will have more energy, and you will feel lighter both physically and mentally.
However, consistency is key, as your body needs time to adapt to new eating patterns. Diets that are rich in saturated fats and sugar decrease levels of vital proteins in the brain and lead to poorer neuronal performance. So read the labels, swap unhealthier choices out for healthier ones, meal plan and shop smart. And drink 2-3 liters of water every day.
Fruits - Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, Oranges, Watermelon
Vegetables - Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Carrots
Whole Grains - Oats, Quinoa, Brown rice, Barley
Legumes - Lentils, Chickpeas, Black beans
Healthy Fats - Salmon, Walnuts, Chia seeds, Olive oil
Herbs & Spices - Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Cinnamon
Beverages - Green tea, Water, Herbal teas
Movement ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Exercise boosts endorphins (the brain’s natural stress-relieving and pain-killing chemicals) and improves blood flow to the brain, improving brain function & mood; both of which support a well-regulated nervous system. Yoga, walking, cardio, dancing, pilates, tai chi, etc., are all great options to use, while aiming for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to give your body the healing it deserves.
So take your time, take deep breaths, be purposeful, be self-awareness for your own well-being and the planet's, and remember this is not the end; things will change as long as you want them to. Stay tuned for part 2! @urdreamgirlangel

how to romantisze winter !
Hello everyone! I know it’s tiiiiiiime , winter energy is almost here and everyone is getting ready to lock in, work on themselves and enjoy this beautiful season. Buttt ik most of us tend to fall into the winter blues … feeling lazy, unmotivated, or stuck inside all day. But winter doesn’t have to be like that ! . It can actually be one of the most magical seasons if you approach it with intention . I’m going to share my favorite ways to romanticize winter n tips that will make you enjoy this season, no matter what your goals are. ☕ 👛
winter wardrobe !
To make winter more memorable, try adding little things that will remind you of this specific season. Start with essentials like a scarf, matching gloves and hat, hoodies, oversized sweaters, long coats, and boots. Add layers like cardigans, and knit dresses. Don’t forget cozy bottoms like leggings, wool pants, and warm skirts paired with tights ! and of course, wear the outfits you love most. personally, I’m not a summer person at all (I actually adore winter cuz most of my favorite clothes are made for cold weather, and that’s probably why the season feels like home to me !) creat ur fav winter wardrobe
mindseeeeeet shift !
Many people view winter as a depressive season a time to sleep more, stay inside, procrastinating. But this perspective misses the true potential of the season. Winter can be a time of reflection, growth, and preparation if approached with the right mindset. Rather than seeing it as gloomy, we can see it as the closing chapter of the year a chance to make the most of the remaining time. People naturally focus on New Year’s resolutions and end-of-year goals during this period, so winter can actually be a strategic season for catching up, consolidating habits, and finishing projects. By reframing winter as a “re-blooming” period or a personal winter arc, we shift from passivity to purpose.
balance self care w productivity !
When working toward your goals during the winter season, it’s important to balance productivity with cozy, intentional breaks. Many people try to catch up on their 2025 goals rn but either overwork or procrastinate. A more effective approach is to pair effort with reward. For example, if your goal is studying this season which is common at this time cuz most of us are taking exams rn , commit to starting your work even when motivation is low. Push through tasks like finishing chapters, and then give yourself winter-inspired breaks: study until the ice in your drink melts, until your face mask dries, until the sun sets, until your “study with me” video ends, or until your favorite playlist finishes. You could also study for two focused hours and then go bake something warm cinnamonrolls soups or cookies, take a walk in the crisp air, make a cup of cocoa, or light a candle and rest by the window ... Structuring your goals with these cozy, seasonal checkpoints reduces procrastination and transforms winter into a deliberate season of accomplishment and self-care .
take piccccs !
One of the best ways to fully embrace and romanticize the winter season is to photograph more and capture your surroundings. Every season carries its own aesthetic, and while I don’t fully subscribe to rigid “seasonal aesthetics,” winter naturally comes with a palette of muted tones browns, blacks, whites, greys punctuated by accents like deep reds also pink ! Actively taking photos encourages you to notice and appreciate these details. For example, capture moments of studying with a warm cup of coffee, wandering through a gloomy street, or sitting in a cozy café. go to bakeries to buy something and photograph pastries , chocolates also adds to the sensory richness of the season. documenting these moments, you not only preserve memories but also train yourself to see beauty in everyday winter experiences !
gooooood out !
If you’re a busy person, it’s really important to schedule going out at least once a week, not as a random procrastination from studying, but as a deliberate, well-deserved break . Think of it as a reward for your hard work a big pause at the end of the week from school, work, or whatever you’ve been grinding on. As a student with a packed timetable, I know it’s hard to find time. For me, weekdays are full, and I usually come home and study until I feel completely drained. That’s why I make it a point to go out once a week instead of anxious Tuesday walks . I used to go out on sunday, but now I prefer saturday ! Winter is actually perfect for this , u can go with your best friend to a café, mall, or bakery and enjoy the season while breaking the cycle of burnout. The streets and malls in the evenings are full of people in coats, holding hot drinks, chatting, eating desserts it’s lively and motivating. Even if you have social anxiety (like me) winter can make it easier to push yourself: nobody really notices you, everyone is focused on their own winter comforts, and it’s a safe way to be around people while enjoying yourself. u can laugh w ur bsf , buy something you love, enjoy chocolate or cakes, and just feel the crisp winter air. Going out like this it’s a way to recharge, fight isolation, and remind urself that winter is as much about life and joy as it is about work !
have a list of movies to watch !
In winter, it’s easy to fall into the thought of "idk what to do" so to make the season feel more special, create a curated list of films and series to enjoy throughout the season. For example, dedicate every Friday evening to watching something cozy or inspiring a feel-good movie, a winter classic, or a comforting series go google search some goood series or movies and make a list . This habit turns downtime into an enjoyable ritual, helping you romanticize the season while avoiding overthinking or falling into unproductive “toxic hibernation.” and boredom. By choosing what to watch u make your winter evenings both cozy and memorable !
