I’ve been traveling for my music but I’ve had some down time lately to come to the condos, catch up on my shows as well. It’s been pretty nice to do. I’ve been writing new music. I’ve just been so busy that I haven’t known what to do with my down time besides watch television shows and write music. Is there other stuff to do around here? I’m Emily, by the way.

One of the worst things in the world is being really into a show on Hulu or Netflix only to have it start buffering or tell you that that particular episode can no longer play. Why would they play me like this?! I need to know what happens! This is 2016 why does the pinwheel still exist?!

Did you ever get it to load? I had Hulu do that to me a few weeks back; it would ‘buffer’ and then completely timeout saying there was an error. We need like super wifi signals. One of the CAH cards is about converting ‘bums to hotspots,’ and while that’s horrible, imagine the convenience!

You know that feeling when you crave free time while busy and then you actually get the free time and you have no idea what to do with it? That’s me. That is so what I am feeling right now. We have wrapped on season 2 and the past couple days have been purely press for the midseason premiere tomorrow night. I have no clue what to do with my life now though. I have been laying on the couch this afternoon while binge watching on Psych. I feel almost lazy because I am sure there are more fun things to do with my time. I am open to any suggestions you may have.

Favorite thing about your significant other?

Her laugh. It’s one of those things I could listen to forever. And it comes around for so many different reasons, whether we’re talking about what we would do to hang out with aliens, sticking a bunch of stickers on each other or questioning the lives of the oversharers, that laugh makes everything better.

People seem to like watching characters get thrown in the mud. It also helps that the cast are pretty great criers; like they’re the type to make you want to cry, too. Then again I cried at Christmas commercials last holiday season. I just really want an apple turnover now.

And you would be quite right. I’ve decided to give it another go, as my schedule made it so that I stopped watching previously, and I’ve gotten to the point where that happens. I’m not sure I would drink it. My life’s pretty excellent right now, and I would be crushed to find out it’s a lie.

Some television show about this crazy evil queen who’s just not actually feeling life anymore, so she makes a new one. Things go wrong, they should honestly call in the Scooby Gang, and just life. Curses, green people, lots of apples. I guess it’s pretty okay. Some of them have happy endings. That’s what counts.
