every mercenary company has got that guy who insists he should fight with two daggers... bro get back in formation and pick up your pike
LOL whos tye saultry little binch on the bottom lsft????
this post is less than 1% away from being completely incomprehensible
a lot of you think intersectionality means that privilege and marginalization cancel out like pemdas
I'm gonna say it, I do think that even the laziest person imaginable should have a roof over their head, food in their stomach, and access to healthcare
a lot of people are reblogging this saying that most "lazy" people are actually just disabled or that the concept of laziness itself is a product of our society's obsession with productivity. this is all true, but it is not my point.
even if someone WAS just lazy and simply didn't want to do anything but lie on the couch and watch tv, they should still have these things. it's irrelevant whether some people aren't actually lazy because everyone, including hypothetical lazy people, should have their basic needs met.
if we have the resources to do it, there is no defense of letting people die because they don't want to work, and much less because they can't.
I don't want lazy people to have basic necessities because they "actually" deserve them because they ARE working or CAN'T work. I want lazy people to have basic necessities because they are people, and we shouldn't leave them to die when we have the resources not to.
This is what I would do if I was Count Binface and I actually won:
Resign from office on the grounds that I only ran for the bants, triggering a further by-election
Immediately announce my candidacy for the by-election.
brain, heart: idiot bitches who never know what they want
stomach, genitals: idiot bitches who know exactly what they want and never shut up about it
lungs, kidneys, liver: pretty chill organs, all told. if these ones are complaining then i'm usually the one who fucked up
I can’t believe they’re making me do my degree I signed up for
Graduated!!
they’re making me do my job I signed up for
Looking up to 40 years in the furture when you come to this post announce you've retired
in this economy?
I’ll add the death announcement on this post to my will
anon who seems to be under the impression that you have had extensive PR training because you have a post with more than 10k notes would like to ask you a bad faith question about the current state of the world
Even in a post-capitalist, post-consumerist world, you still need to produce goods, as a result of this, you need factories because it is more effective to have a few people making a lot of clothes in a factory than every woman being forced to sit down and spin wool all day.
The issue with factories is poor wages, unsafe working conditions and environmental impact, all of which can be fixed through things like regulatory bodies and unions, the issue is not the fact that goods are no longer all made at home
before my egg cracked, i had noticed that trans people were often pro-accessibility and up-to-date on the needs of disabled people, but i hadn’t seen any inherent connection between the two (other than the obvious minority-looking-out-for-other-minority thing). but now that i’m trans and medically transitioning, and i have to constantly repeat myself while talking to doctors and nurses, and explain things about my own anatomy to medical staff who should already know this, and having every single problem i might have blamed on my “condition” so nothing i say is taken seriously, all of the sudden i have a little sneak peak into the life of someone who has to deal with this all the time. like shit bro, being disabled probably sucks ass, someone should do something about this
happy disability pride month, we all deserve autonomy and respect and access to medication
Someone should make a disco elysium spiritual successor that takes place in a maze and follows a protagonist who has to eat all the dots in the maze whilst avoiding several ghosts
you can actually homebrew this in d&d 5e
if you set off a rube goldberg type death trap to kill someone, if it's a long enough machine, it ceases to become your fault if somebody dies at the end. that's how I've gotten away with it all these years, and why I'm still going to heaven.

the videogame industry will see their own foot and be like is anybody else gonna shoot this and not wait for an answer
