@taylorswift i recently started writing songs, around a year ago, and i could never put it into words how it feels! writing songs can be so emotionaly draining & emotional satisfying at the same time! i can’t even begin to imagine how it feels for people to use your songwriting as a weapon to use against you! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! 💘

hi, i’m phoebe, and, among many other things, i’m also, as much as i hate to say it, i’m disabled! i really really really try not to let it define me, but seen as it’s selfie night, i’ve decided to embrace it!!! i have chronic fatigue/M.E., which takes up a lot of my time and energy, basically if i do anything slightly energetic, i’m left exausted from it the next day/week, depending on how energetic! honestly it scares me, but i’m slowly getting better! it used to be much worse, just over a year ago i started treatment to help me get better from it, and it’s helped me SO much!!! i can do so much than i could do when i first fell ill, like actually getting out the house and going places! it’s been awful, but i wouldn’t change any of it! i took a year out after high school when i first got ill and even though it was probably one of the worst years of my life, i learnt so much about myself that i NEVER would have discovered if it weren’t for this year! i picked up a guitar and even started songwriting! i fell in love with music all over again! i go back to education this september, i’m going to college!!! something i thought would be impossible! and even though i’m absolutely terrified, i’m also excited!!! and i have hope, so much hope!!! i think i’m actually doing better than i ever was! thanks to music and taylor and anyone who ever made me feel loved! i’m so happy! having an invisible disability can be super hard and frustrating, but i’m not going to let it stop me living my life!

and, if you’re anything like me, i’m sorry. but darling, it’s going to be okay...

p.s. please please please don’t feel sorry for me, that’s the last thing i want! i just wanted to share my story and maybe give someone who’s maybe lost hope, a little hope, i don’t know?!?!? also if you read this, thank you! i’m sorry it was so long!!!!!!!

Just wanted to give you a lil update about my life :) next year I’ll FINALLY graduate and I’ll be studying Journalism. (If you’re down for a fun interview hit me up haha) I’m also in such a good place in my life right now. Summer break is coming and I’m feeling better and happier than ever.
