I’ve made the decision, after some thought, to make a new Elena blog which will have a main verse that is crossed over/adapted with/to DC Comics. DC is where my heart is but my muse for Elena remains. All TVD canon interactions however, will be on an exclusive basis while other interactions will remain open. Her fellschurchau, dalcrestacademyau, show adapted verse (with those plotted already) will all remain. If you would like to follow my new Elena blog click here.
Elena spins around, a small box of which she had taken off a shelf still in her hand as she gives the woman a surprised and curious look. As far as she knew, her father was only meeting her here, so who the hell was this woman? Still, however, she places the box gently back in it’s place before crossing her arms across her chest. “How did you get in here? Who are you? Uh-- please don’t tell me you’re dating my dad, that’ll be too weird.” After all this time she was still trying to wrap her head around the truth of her parentage, let alone other things.
My mother didn’t send me to Earth to fall in love with a human
and have children, live in a house with a white picket fence.
She sent me here to protect Kal-El. And now I will use my
powers to protect the Earth. And if I die achieving that,
———I’m at peace with it.

Chaos reigns, winds picked up as crickets chirp in the distance. The woods feel almost as disembodied as Elena who’s bright glow illuminated like the moon. She’s a spirit and somehow more, a shimmering entity to despite whatever rules there may be appeared at her friends’ darkest hour with army of Gotham’s ghosts to take their enemy, Klaus away.
She can feel the pull, desperation to stay written on her ghostly features while her ringing voice tells them all-- even Constantine who she barely knows but seems to understand in a new fashion-- that it’s okay. Elena has to go now, her Spirit’s being tugged, called back to the Other World of which she came...
Sirens and screaming.. birds.. Stefan was bad, she loved Damon. No-- no, that wasn’t right. Water.. there was so much water... she could feel it as it burned her throat.. everything went still... he was attacking him, she needed to stop it.. no, why was Matt there.. she was so hungry.. Matt was letting her feed... why? Why did need to feed? She was hungry..
It’s three days following her transition, Elena having been brought to the Constantine in a state of confusion following her feeding on Matt. Gotham believed her dead and gone and a funeral was commencing. Confusion laces pale features, senses heightened and mind chaotic as she bolts upright in whatever place she had been placed. She had been in an out over the last few days, only to pass out once more after a feeding of a blood bag. Her sleep was met with slight fits, Elena’s voice calling out for her mother, or Stefan, sometimes Damon or her siblings. Her mind is normalizing-- at least somewhat-- and she finds herself moving-- unaffected by the sun with the ring on her finger.
The church where her funeral is being held calls to her and she finds herself in the shadows watching. Her best friends are there, even Matt, her family, her siblings and she takes note of each and every person from school that had come or hadn’t. It was a rather large turnout, and she’d be lying if that didn’t please her. However, she’s distracted when she’s suddenly turned around gaze meeting that of-- of of her father? No, no, that wasn’t right. Thomas Gilbert had died-- but, that’s not what Damon had said. He said that this man... he was the same man from that night-- the one that had saved her from the water!.. this man was her father, her real father. It doesn’t make sense and yet, she seems to almost sense that it’s true. Her mouth parts, she shouldn’t be here, shouldn’t have left the safety of where she had been, and yet for the first time in perhaps her life, Elena has no idea what to say.

As with most dreams, Tyler hadn’t yet realized what exactly was happening. All he knew was that seeing those two children filled him with a sense of something he hadn’t allowed himself to feel as of late. Nostalgia maybe? Or was it joy? Either way, he couldn’t stop himself from following as they chased each other. It was as if he’d lost all control of his own motor functions, and something else was guiding him.
Watching the children disappear behind the hedge, he stood there frozen as the blonde turned to face him, revealing a familiar face; one that he hadn’t expected to see again. The perplexed look on his face didn’t change as she moved toward him. This had to be a dream, but that wasn’t very high on his priorities list at the moment. As she embraced him, he wrapped his arms around her. It felt so real. “Elena?” He questioned, pulling back to get another look at her. “Is that really you? But you’re—“ He couldn’t bring himself to finish that thought as he just pulled her into another hug.
Elena’s arms hold onto Tyler tightly, slight resistance meeting him when he pulls away. She doesn’t want to let go of that feeling. The feeling of being held by a friend, of seeing another person... of existing in a place that was different than where she was. The blonde still isn’t quite sure how she’s been able to achieve this feat of dream walking yet she’s thankful to whatever God there was for it. “It’s me.” She replies, smiling and nodding her head. “I still am, I’m a spirit. Don’t ask me how I was able to find you-- or at least your mind-- because I’m not even sure how I did.”
“I’m so happy to see you again.” And for once she doesn’t want to talk about her. She wants to talk about him. “How are you Tyler? Are you okay?” She wasn’t important now, her life had ended and a strange existence as a spirit had begun, but her friends? Her family? If there was any way to help them, to still aid them from beyond, she had to do it.
“You! You’re some sort of computer guy right? How much do you want to help me set something up for a party?” The Queen Bee questions, face fresh off page six-- she might not be as involved in society events as she used to be but things are beginning to fall into place again-- voice almost commanding in its nature. It’s not quite a college party she’s talking about, but she figures any decent IT guy should be able to aid her in setting up what she’s planning.
