YouTube's moderation AI is getting rid of everyone's channels for no reason!!

I recommend watching this video from Deep Humor for more info. I also recommend sharing this video and other similar videos from this channel and others like it, as it seems that YouTube is trying to stop people from learning this information. Sharing this info will make sure people know what is going on, no matter what.

He also released a video sharing how to get your channel back if you were wrongfully banned.

Apparently another change in Youtube, the restricted mode, is ruining everything. I recommend watching this video. To make sure you don't keep missing Youtube videos, I also suggest making sure Restricted mode is off.

I think Youtube is trying to get people not watch this sort of thing and are actively trying to censor his channel, so I am posting this so other people know about it, and I suggest checking out Deep Humor's channel if you want to learn more.

I keep seeing a post about how violence gets things done and revolutions should be happening. Which, violence happens to finalize things. But if you start violent, people are going to think YOU’RE the problem. Because you’re the one escalating to violence. You’re the one breaking the law. And that makes you the problem to people who aren’t in the movement.

The reason civil rights worked is because it was peaceful and through that peacefulness combined with wide spread knowledge of the act, the violence of the actual bad side was shown. Violence was brought in to finish the job.

Does this mean I think we need to be violent? No. I think that for the things we’re trying to target right now, boycotting is the best option. Because the truth is companies run our government. It’s all about how much money they can make no matter the lives harmed and they get away with it because people want to believe that the powers at play are on their side and will blame the victim instead. Because the leopard eating face party would never eat my face!

So long term boycotts work best, because companies and our governments don’t care about the lives they’re harming and making worse. What they care about is money. So when they stop making money for a decent amount of time, they’ll have to make changes. Not cause they care about you. But because they care about money.

Violence may seem right, because you can get your frustrations out and you can’t really with boycotts. But what will make change in this case, with YouTube and Mastercard and visa, is boycotting and calling. Because once they start getting bad numbers, they’ll start getting desperate.

Also trying to start violence can scare people and make them uncomfortable. These movements are small right now. We are of course mighty, but more people joining is always great and makes us even stronger. But if you start talking about doing illegal activities and picking fights, you’re going to scare a lot of people and break down the movement rather than expanding it.

I may not be able to do much in the fight against censorship and AI, but I am doing all that I can without actively harming myself.

No matter if you're boycotting YouTube with the Blackout, or if you're mailing every senator 5 letters a day to oppose the upcoming laws, you are doing enough. Even if all you can do is tell people. Because that's actually a lot. Even if you just reblog a few posts with petitions you're not safe enough to sign.

And that's enough. It's always enough.

Do what you can, because any 'little' or 'insignificant' act will help us fight against censorship and freedom of self.

Anything helps. If everyone does what they can, then we will win. Because one person is not fighting this-- we all are. Every 'little' action each person does against censorship is always worth it. Every 'little' action adds up. Every 'little' action you do will help us win. Every 'little' action will help us keep our sense of self.

It's enough that you're doing something.

Whatever you do-- just don't do nothing because what you can do is 'minimal.'

The relevant laws say the course of action is 1) contact youtube directly from your account under "send feedback" and formally state that AI cannot be used to determine your age this is just a massive data breach with no connection to age verification as AI does not think or understand it is just collecting

This information will include (say nothing identifying here but use a legitimate example) medical information, private emails, purchases that might get you fired or hit with a hate crime etc. no details but point out the seriousness it would be taken with if it were doxxed by a human trying to target you Point out that it will include name, address and identity details that could result in stalking, swatting or another attack 2) When they dismiss you send the response to The Privacy Commissioner directly to complain that they dismissed your concerns (This is the ILLEGAL PART HERE) 3) Now you can join a class action lawsuit if you provide the proof you just collected Every single one of you with an account can add one more piece of evidence to the case against them

If this is 100% then this could be a great way of doing this, because we can force them to back down with threats of civil suits and or just sue em.

Anybody who can do this, I suggest you try it out, don’t hurt to try anything we got at the moment

This bill is said to "protect the children" but really it's a way to censor information that the GOVERNMENT thinks is inappropriate, including LGBTQ+ related stuff and anything that says what the government is doing is wrong. We need to stop this!!

They tried passing this bill once before, but we stopped it. We can do it again. I believe in us!!

I suggest signing these as well. These relate to YouTube's new ai age verification made in response to these possible new laws. It tracks what everyone watches and if the ai thinks the person is a child, they will have to either take a short video of their face or a picture of their ID. And they will very much keep and sell this information, even if it was from children trying to beat the system by disguising themselves or using a fake ID.

Not that the ai is doing it's job well, as youtubers have already been falsey identifed as children even when their face was already exposed in there videos. Stopping this is also helpful in stopping KOSA and every other similar bills from being passed.

Hey guys something fucking bad happened

KOSA/the kids online safety act has been reintroduced into legislature after it passed Senate last year and then got snubbed. It is not unlike the bill that just passed in the UK a few weeks ago. If you don't want what happened in the UK to happen here, now would be a good time to vocally oppose it.

Here is a petition that can be signed by Americans. Attached to the petition is an easy tool that allows you to call and leave messages for your representatives. I have already done so. You can also email your representatives by searching for their name, most have message submission boards as well. This thing died once, it can die again.

Urgent news for all PBS viewers

Donald Trump and Elon Musk have launched a multipronged campaign to defund PBS — and Marjorie Taylor Greene ramped up the attack with a Joseph McCarthy–style congressional hearing attacking PBS as “anti-American.”

I appeared on PBS countless times while I was serving as Secretary of Labor under President Clinton. Their questions were always tough, smart, and informative — and I knew I’d be held accountable if I refused to answer or got my facts wrong.

That’s exactly why Trump and Musk want all public media to go away. Because they don’t want anyone to hold them accountable.

PBS’s chief executive is warning that “stations across the country will be in jeopardy” if PBS is defunded, and I’m deeply worried that it could happen unless there’s a major public outcry.

So I’m asking you today: Will you make a donation to help alert the public, get the truth out, and stop Trump’s plan to defund PBS?

PBS is a national treasure. Children’s programs like Sesame Street, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Wild Kratts, and Dinosaur Train have been beloved by generations.

Award-winning shows like Nova, Masterpiece, Frontline, and the Ken Burns collection are some of the best things ever shown on television. That’s why a huge majority of voters across party lines oppose defunding PBS.

But Trump and Musk know that if they can kill off public broadcasting, they will have even more power to push disinformation, avoid accountability, and ultimately complete their mission of dismantling American democracy.

Trump called for the defunding of PBS during his first term in office but was stopped. Now Elon Musk is leading the charge, calling for the total elimination of all PBS funding as part of his so-called “Department of Government Efficiency.”

Trump FCC Chair Brendan Carr is also piling on with a bogus investigation accusing PBS of running illegal commercial advertisements. And at yesterday’s shameful congressional hearing, Marjorie Taylor Greene smeared PBS with an avalanche of hateful anti-LGBTQ attacks.

Inequality Media Civic Action is mobilizing grassroots support to help save PBS, but with these attacks escalating, we need to do even more. So I’m asking you today: Will you make a donation to help alert the public, get the truth out, and stop Trump’s plan to defund PBS?

​the good news is you can donate to PBS directly yourself. When they say “made possible by viewers like you,” they mean it.

PBS is not one monolith out of DC or Los Angeles. It’s dozens of regional nonprofits working together as a network to produce content dedicated to telling meaningful stories about the communities you live in, made by people in your community, with the purpose of uplifting underrepresented communities in a respectful and nuanced way that isnt clickbait or rage bait-y. as intended by their national founding charter. And some of that programming, yes, just so happens to be nationally syndicated and distributed.

Watch PBS and donate. You can even stream it through your local channel on their national app that’s available on iOS, Android, Roku, and etc.

This sounds like an ad but I swear it’s not. I just fucking love PBS ok. And it doesn’t get nearly as much appreciation as it deserves.
