First day Fitness challenge
Row warm up 3 rounds 1 minute each station with 1 minute rest at end. 1- kettlbell bend over to waists with straight back 2- 30lbs bar bell lift to chest, then over heads back to chest to over head 3- 10 lb twist in crunch side to side 4- push up and then lift arm to hit opposite shoulder. 5- row to hit 15 calories
Getting fit challenge
Rowing 400meter warm up 5 minutes as many as you can- Sit-ups with medicine ball over head 30 and against wall with sit-ups 5 min- Sitting with dumbles 10lbs on shoulders push up 30 then planks 30 on and 30 off 5 min- 200 meter row and then crunch twist side to side with plate
